About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and innovative AI Analyst to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in analyzing business processes (IT or Non-IT) and identifying opportunities to automate and optimize them using AI tools and technologies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams — from accounts and HR to eCommerce and operations — to understand workflows, gather requirements, and implement intelligent automation solutions that drive efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing business processes across different domains (IT, Accounts, eCommerce, HR, etc.) to identify automation opportunities.
• Design and implement automation workflows using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Power Automate, Make (Integromat), Zapier, or other relevant platforms.
• Build and maintain AI-driven dashboards and reports to track performance improvements post-automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into AI/automation solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest AI trends, tools, and frameworks to propose innovative solutions for process enhancement.
• Document automation workflows, process improvements, and ROI achieved through AI implementations.
• Support teams in adopting AI-based tools and ensure successful change management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in process analysis and automation (IT or Non-IT domains).
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Power Automate, Zapier, UiPath, or similar).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand and optimize workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of APIs, data flows, and integration concepts is a plus.
• Exposure to Python, Power BI, or Excel-based automation will be an added advantage.

- Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) for tool-agent integrations.

- Optimize prompts, workflows, and retrieval strategies for real performance.

- Contribute to new agentic AI design patterns and innovations.

Who Should Apply

-Strong in Python and love experimenting with AI/ML projects.

- Familiar with one or more of these: LangChain/LangGraph, HuggingFace, PyTorch/TensorFlow, RAG pipelines.

- Active on GitHub with 2–3 well-documented projects (clean code + clear README).

- Curious, hands-on builders who want to learn by doing.

Bonus Points if you’ve dabbled with:

- LLM fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA), memory systems. AutoGen, CrewAI, MCP, or other agent frameworks.

- Docker, async programming, API integrations.

Education:

- Completed/Pursuing Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field

- Strong foundation in ML theory and practice

Requirements:

• 8+ years of professional software development experience in Salesforce
• Minimum 3 years of experience working on Service cloud

• Hands-on experience on Salesforce lightning framework - Mandatory
