• Developing a comprehensive content strategy across multiple platforms, including the company website and social media channels.
• Working with the content writing, graphic design, web development, and social media teams to plan, create, and distribute content
• Proofreading and editing submissions according to brand guidelines
• Performing regular content audits to ensure content is accurate, optimized, updated, and relevant to the target audience

• Generating engaging content for thought leadership pieces, websites, social platforms, and marketing collateral
• Developing and executing content marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, leads, sales, and customer retention
• Developing and managing the editorial calendar to ensure deadlines are met

 Key Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, or similar field
• Min of 2-4 years’ experience working as a content manager

• You are a creative marketing professional, preferably with a strong content creation and writing background.
• You have the ability to develop engaging content for a wide range of audiences.
• You are a creative thinker and have excellent attention to detail.
• You are organized and can deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
• You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience using popular content management systems and analytics tools (Ahrefs, Wordpress, and Google Search Console are a few examples)
• A strong grasp of UX and SEO best practices

About the job

As a Content Writing intern, you will be working in multiple areas of content marketing including content writing, copywriting, SEO, social media, and research.

On a day-to-day basis you will be involved in the following tasks:

1) Writing blogs, articles, and social media copies

2) Conducting content and SEO research

3) Planning and implementing social media campaigns

4) Working with designer to build creatives for social media and website

About You

A keen interest in content and digital marketing is essential to succeed for this role. Another key aspect is to consistently work towards improving your work efficiency. Below are the skills/requirements which would make you a good fit for this job.

1) English Proficiency - verbal and written communication skills

2) Keen interest in social media and content creation

3) Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace

4) Passion for content & digital marketing industry and its best practices

5) Knowledge about Adobe Photoshop, Canva and other designer tools is preferred

6) Knowledge about SEO is preferred

Pay and benefits - Internship

This is a hybrid, in-office internship (40-hour per week) position. The length of the internship will be of 2 months, and the location of the office will be in Pune, Maharashtra. 

The stipend for this position is between ₹8,000 - ₹10,000 INR. You will be expected to work using your own desktop during the internship duration.

• Create content to be used for blog posts, social media, press releases, and other platforms.

• Research industry-related topics.

• Collaborate/coordinate with the marketing team to prepare various marketing collateral and communications for both public and internal use.

• Compose and develop content for all communication channels and across mediums (digital, print, web).

• Learn the functions of internally developed software to write end-user documentation (such as online help, quick reference guides, and release notes).
  REQUIREMENTS-

• Should have a good understanding of SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.

• Must have a flair for creative writing

• 1-3 years experience in content writing for a B2B company

• Knowledge of tools like Grammarly or equivalent, Keyword research tools

• Knowledge of content distribution is preferred

Skills:

• Should have Extensive command of the English language.
• Deep understanding of content marketing principles, approach, and execution.
• Should be able to work and deliver quality SEO-based content in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Should be able to develop and implement a content strategy that encourages high levels of engagement.
