Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for a Flutter Developer at Drivado in Kolkata. The Flutter Developer will be responsible for the development and implementation of mobile applications using the Flutter framework. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, along with resolving bugs and improving application performance. Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. ● Experience in developing mobile applications is a plus. ● Minimum 1 year of experience Requirements: 1. Proficiency in Flutter framework with demonstrable experience in building mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. 2. Experience in deploying apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, including familiarity with app submission guidelines and procedures. 3. Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces. 4. Knowledge of state management solutions such as BLoC, Cubit, or GetX to efficiently manage application state and data flow. 5. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming for integrating backend services. 6. Experience with version control systems like Git for collaborative development. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication skills. 8. Continuously stay updated on Flutter updates, best practices, and emerging trends in mobile app development. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. 2. Implement UI/UX designs following design guidelines and best practices to ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience. 3. Utilize state management solutions like BLoC, Cubit, or Riverpod to manage application state and data flow. 4. Integrate with backend services and APIs to fetch and update data asynchronously. 5. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other team members to translate requirements into technical solutions. 6. Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure code quality and performance. 7. Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure app stability and reliability. 8. Keep up-to-date with Flutter updates, new features, and libraries, and evaluate their impact on current and future projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Liaise with business users across locations to understand/ document business requirements, detail the use cases & propose solution options for automation

• Guide and Implement Best practices for Microsoft Power Platform

• Analysis and Design of Power Platform based apps.

• Own product roadmaps, create & manage project plans, call out risks & issues proactively, report progress against the plan & track associated project benefits

• Monitors and measures the effectiveness of digital robots and creates reports on impact of the robotic solution.

• Conduct training / Hackathons from an Enablement perspective. Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.

• Expertise in Model driven apps, Business process flows, Cloud flows, Canvas Apps, Power Automate.

• Expertise in User permissions configuration.

• Bachelor's in computer science or related field.

• IT experience with n-tier, database, and client server design/development

• Architecting and designing business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.

• Expertise on various integration technologies like REST, Service Bus, HTTP, SOAP.

• Ability to execute development of Re-usable Assets, Code Reviews, and IT Governance for Power Practice

Desired Skills:
