Instructional Design Apprenticeship (Remote) 

Job Description:

As an Instructional Design Apprentice, you will provide support in creating a broad range of creative materials including documents, presentations, eLearnings, newsletters, flyers, videos, and other media to assist our training team. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Research and Analysis: Conduct research on best practices in workplace inclusion and equity. Analyze data to identify trends and insights that can inform our strategies. 
• Content Development: Assist in creating training materials, presentations, and reports. Contribute to the development of engaging and informative content for our clients. 
• Outreach and Engagement: Help identify potential clients and partners who align with our mission. Assist in outreach efforts to promote our services and build relationships with key stakeholders. 
• Event Assistance: Assist in planning and organizing events, workshops, and webinars focused on inclusion and equity. Help with logistics, participant engagement, and follow-up activities. 

Qualifications: 

• Educational Background: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program related to social sciences, human resources, business, or a related field and experience in graphic design, studio art, communication art, or web design 
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create clear and engaging content. 
• Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and highly organized. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. 
• Technical Skills: Working knowledge of PowerPoint (and other Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Outlook) and preferred knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud. 

Compensation and Expectations: 

• This internship is remote and unpaid. Interns are expected to work 15-20 hours a week. 

• Very strong core Java/Spring developer
• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in React.js development.
• Decent experience in implementing observability (monitoring/alerts) for Java apps
• Capable of working with scripting languages.
• Skills Required: Java, Core Java, Data Structures, OOPS, Multithreading, Algorithms, Collection Framework, Java/J2EE, Hibernate, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, Restful Services ,SQL.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
• Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms. Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
• Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
• Performing background and reference checks.
• Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
• Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
• Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
• Forecasting recruitment budgets.
• Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions)
• Build a candidate CRM to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified candidates - ensuring candidate data is kept updated.

Candidate Profile:You have:

• Proven work experience in recruitment - ideally as a Technical Recruiter
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts)
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
• Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network.

Awesome to have:

• Any experience working in Healthcare Technology

Education and Experience:

• Degree in HR, communications, marketing, business or similar
• 2 year of HR experience in a Tech Company
• Strong experience in tech-based roles
• Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for coding/implementing of custom marketing applications that Tech COE builds for its customer and managing a small team of developers.

What your day job looks like:

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on data usage – extraction, manipulation, and inputs for analytics
• Develop data extraction and manipulation code based on business rules
• Develop automated and manual test cases for the code written
• Design and construct data store and procedures for their maintenance
• Perform data extract, transform, and load activities from several data sources.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Write high quality code as per prescribed standards.
• Participate in internal projects as required

 
Minimum qualifications:

• B. Tech./MCA or equivalent preferred
• Excellent 3 years Hand on experience on Big data, ETL Development, Data Processing.

• Strong Experience in writing complex SQLs
• Good Communication skills
• Good experience of working with any BI tool like Tableau, Power BI.
