Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Voice Process Executives for leading brands. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, and a customer service-oriented mindset. Candidates with prior BPO or customer interaction experience will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls (inbound and/or outbound) efficiently and professionally.
• Understand customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues.
• Work in rotational shifts with weekly offs as per process requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
• Language Skills: Must be fluent in English; fluency in Hindi is an added advantage.
• Work Schedule:

5 days a week in International Process

6 days a week in Domestic Process, with rotational or fixed shifts depending on the assignment; rotational week offs may apply.

• Cab Facility: Two-way cab available for candidates within a 25 km radius of the office (where applicable).

Salary Range:

• Freshers – ₹25,000–₹26,000 CTC (₹20,000–₹21,000 take-home).
• Experienced – ₹26,000–₹30,000 CTC (₹21,000–₹25,000 take-home).

Below is the need for SFCC folks for Salesforce account. We require technically very strong resources. The rounds of interview will be L1 + client interview –

• The candidate should be very strong in B2B.
• The candidate should be having sound end to end project experience and should be able to independently handle customer scenarios . 
• The candidate is expected to have understanding and working knowledge of latest SFCC features.
• The candidate should have a sound customer facing experience.
• The candidate should have good written and verbal communication.

• Strong knowledge in Kafka development and architecture.
• Hands-on experience on KSQL Database.
• Very good communication, analytical & problem-solving. skills.
• Proven hands-on Development experience Kafka platforms, lenses, confluent.
• Strong knowledge of the framework (Kafka Connect).
• Very comfortable with Shell scripting & Linux commands.
• Experience in DB2 database

• Creating buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
• Developing product positioning strategies
• Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact

• Experience in shipping growth products or working in growth teams preferable
• Excellent problem solving skills with strong ability to break down problems and Strong analytical skills, comfort with handling data sets and deriving insights or building attribution models using the data
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Clevertap/ Mixpanel etc and experience of using MArketing Automation tools like, Webengage, Moengage etc
