• Backend excellence: building high-scale, high-performance systems.
• LLM fine-tuning: hands-on with open-source models, not just calling APIs.

Someone who can sit with a requirement at 2pm and by 6pm not only has endpoints working, but also has a fine-tuned model running behind them — customized to our use case.

Your Craft

• JavaScript/TypeScript & NodeJS as core backend tools.
• Next.js for full-stack where needed.
• Rust when performance is non-negotiable.
• Golang/Python as comfortable tools of choice.
• MySQL/Postgres/Redis — wielded with intention.
• AWS ecosystem — your playground, not your puzzle.
• LLM/AI integration you’ve actually shipped.
• Open-source LLM fine-tuning experience:
• Bringing in open-source models (LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon, etc.).
• Fine-tuning/adapting them for specific domains.
• Optimizing for inference cost, latency, and accuracy.

Basic Qualifications:

● Experience: 4+ years.

● Hands-on development experience with a broad mix of languages such as JAVA, Python, Javascript etc.

● Server-side development experience mainly in JAVA, (Python and nodeJS can be considerable)

● UI development experience in ReactJS or AngularJS or PolymerJS or EmberJS or Jquery etc. are good to have.

● Passion for software engineering and follow the best coding concepts. ● Good to great problem solving and communication skills.

Nice to have Qualifications:

We are seeking Sr. Software Engineers with hands-on C++/C# programming and unit testing skills. This person will be responsible to design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for laboratory medical device new product development. The incumbent practices code quality, refactoring and unit testing.

Responsibilities

• Prototype, design, implement, unit test and maintain Windows based software applications
• Participate in cross-functional project teams to develop medical device software
• Work with multi-discipline teams on new production introduction project while adhering to software development and source control processes
• Document software, write technical specifications for interfaces and testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field with no less than 6+ years of experience
• Experience designing and developing C++/C# based solutions and experience with any user interface development (UWP / WPF)
• Expert in Unit Testing, OOA/OOD development methodologies and design principles
• Experience in Agile development processes and philosophies
• History of timely delivery while ensuring a quality focus

• Experience in medical device design & development is a plus

• Understanding of software development processes for a regulated environment (ISO9000/FDA) is a plus
