Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a particular focus on React and Redux technologies. Key Responsibilities:

Front-end Development:

Develop and implement user interfaces for web applications using React.

Ensure the responsiveness and visual consistency of the application across various devices and browsers.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into functional components.

Back-end Development:

Design, develop, and maintain server-side architecture using modern web frameworks.

Implement RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between the front-end and back-end systems.

Ensure the security and integrity of data by implementing proper authentication and authorization mechanisms.

State Management:

Utilize Redux for effective state management, ensuring a smooth flow of data within the application.

Implement and maintain a centralized store to manage the state of the entire application.

Database Integration:

Integrate databases into the application, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.

Optimize database queries and performance to enhance overall application speed.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.

Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Key Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on React and Redux.

Strong proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience in back-end development using frameworks such as Node.js, Django, or Flask.

Familiarity with database systems such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

Excellent understanding of RESTful APIs and integration of third-party services.

Solid knowledge of state management principles and best practices using Redux.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.

Position: React JS Developer
Exp: 6-8years

Skills: React, Javascript, Typescript, HTML/CSS, GIT, Frontend Testing, Tools like Cypress.

Responsibilities

As a Frontend Developer (Next.js) you will be responsible for -

•  Building the Complete UI/UX of our web application from scratch.
• Work closely with the Backend Engineer to integrate the algorithmic output from the backend REST APIs.
• Work closely with the product owners to create dynamic infographics with intuitive user controls.
• Work closely with our web Designer for bringing design to life.
• Participate in UAT, troubleshoot, bugs and application integration issues
• Create and maintain documentation related to the developed processes and applications

Qualification & Experience

• 2-3 years of demonstrable experience designing, building and working as a Next.js Developer for enterprise web application
• Ideally, this would include the following:
• Expert-level proficiency with Next.js and all its concepts
• Expert-level proficiency with JavaScript (ES6), HTML5 & CSS
• Expert-level proficiency with ReactJS and all its concepts like Hooks and Redux
• Familiarity with Python, Django, and Django Rest Framework
• Understanding of REST concepts and interacting with REST APIs
• Deep understanding of a few UI concepts:
• Cross-browser compatibility and implementing the responsive web design
• Familiarity with common JS visualization libraries built using D3, Chart.js, Highcharts, etc.
• Understanding of Next.js coding Standards
• Experience working with UX designers and bringing design to life
• In addition, the ideal candidate would have great problem-solving skills and familiarity with code versioning tools such as Github

• BS/MS in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in software development in an object-oriented language such as Java, .NET or Node.Js
• Exceptional design, coding, and problem-solving skills, with a bias for architecture at scale.
• Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, front-end technologies like AngularJS, Redux / React and upcoming web technologies.
• Real-world experience developing large scale commercial services with robust performance, resiliency, and telemetry, delivered both Online and OnPrem.
• Strong knowledge of computer science, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Ability to appreciate complex problems with a thorough design.
