About the Role

We’re looking for an exceptional Video Editor & Motion Graphics Specialist to join our creative team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who can transform raw footage into compelling, brand-aligned videos. From snappy social media edits to cinematic campaign films, you’ll bring ideas to life through seamless editing, motion graphics, and visual effects that captivate our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality short-form and long-form videos for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Design and animate engaging motion graphics — including typography, lower-thirds, explainer visuals, and VFX.
• Collaborate with the creative, content, and marketing teams to bring stories to life.
• Maintain a consistent brand tone and visual identity across all video content.
• Enhance storytelling with sound effects, transitions, and background scores.
• Perform color correction, stabilization, and post-production refinements.
• Organize media assets efficiently and ensure timely project delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, transitions, and formats in digital video.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in professional video editing and motion graphics (agency, production, or digital content background preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing both short-form (Reels, Shorts) and long-form (YouTube, ads, explainers) work.
• Excellent visual sense, pacing, and narrative flow.
• Proficiency in creating 2D motion graphics and animation.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively.
• Creative problem-solving and attention to detail.

Technical Skills – Must Be Proficient In

• Core Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve – for professional cutting and assembly.
• Motion Graphics/VFX: After Effects – for motion graphics design, compositing, and visual effects.
• Audio: Adobe Audition – for mixing, enhancement, and professional sound design.

Optional but Preferred:

• CapCut Pro, Descript, or Runway (AI-assisted editing).
• Frame.io or similar tools for collaborative review.

Required skills

• Preferably experienced in UIKit and SwiftUI
• Proficient in Swift 5+
• Strong understanding of MVVM and Functional Reactive Programming (FRP)

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand business processes and requirements to develop effective technical solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in related fields with 3 to 4 years in systems and/or functional analysis.

• Proven experience in analysing, designing, and implementing information systems.

• Strong understanding of business processes and technical systems.

• Hands-on skills in SQL and databases (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server).

React JS Developers

Responsibilities:

Design and implement user interface components for JavaScript-based web applications

using React JS

 Work as a part of a small team that includes other react JS developers, designers, QA

 Build app and UI components from prototypes and wireframes

 Built REST APIs for tight integrations with the Backend

 Write automated tests to ensure error-free code and performance

 Improve front-end performance by eliminating performance bottlenecks

 Create front-end modules with maximum code reusability and efficiency

 Work with Redux architecture to improve the performance of the websites/mobile apps
