Job description:

• Handling all fresh inquiries by making outbound phone calls answering basic queries, and xing their appointments with Counsellors of Organization

• These would be all the leads who have already inquired about the courses at Organization through various media. The calls would NOT be cold calls to random data.

• Follow up calls to all these inquiries as required.

• Update the details on CRM and other systems used by the company

• Submit daily activity report to immediate superior

Desired Profile:

• Excellent communication and coordination skills, counseling skills required

• Should be target oriented, focused, proactive, and keen learner (one who reads or is constantly learning and upgrading his or her knowledge base

Experience: 1 -4 year (Preferred a call center experience)

Education: Graduate

• Deploy company Application on customer public cloud and on-premise data centers
• Building Kubernetes based workflows for wide variety of use cases

Desired Skills and Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in infrastructure development, or development and operations.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in docker and kubernetes.
• Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes. Aware of Kubernetes Internals, Networking etc. Experience with Linux infrastructures tools.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
• Extensive experience in setting up Kubernetes on AWS, Azure etc.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with Big Data Tools like Hadoop, Spark.
• Experience with Java Application Debugging.
• Experience in monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana etc

• Work along with various internal, and external stakeholders, on various patent / IP / corporate law / competition law related matters and projects.
• Ensure the interests of the organization are protected by designing, drafting & vetting various internal and external legal policies and systems like vendor services agreement/NDAs/channel partner agreements, terms of services agreement/referral agreements/collaboration agreements/joint marketing agreements/MoUs/consulting agreements / employment agreement, employment exit agreement, and department undertakings & policies.
• Helping various teams understand the rules and principles of law in simple language.
• Identify discrepancies, escalation mechanisms and managing remediation exercises;
• Entering and managing data from standardized or negotiated agreements into internal systems and assisting in the maintenance of databases.

• EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION- Relevant degree or Masters/ Bachelors in Business / Corporate Law / IP Law.
• SOFTWARE & APPLICATIONS- Tech-savvy with good knowledge of MS Office, G Suite, can adapt to other technologies very quickly.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work as a member of development team towards the Product Suite
• Estimating efforts and duration on development
• Involved in solution implementation projects
• Interaction with Business Analysts, Quality Assurance and Customer Support teams
• Provide expertise and best practices on technical aspects of product development and implementation projects including performance
• Introduce new development technologies, instruments and techniques

Job Requirements:

• Experience in writing technical design and development of the application
• Good understanding and hands-on work experience in Core Java/J2EE & concepts such as OOPS, multithreading, Collections, Concurrency, Exception Handling, JDBC, File I/O, XML APIs etc
• Should have worked on Java 1.8
• Design skills –Design Patterns, hands on in restful services
• Working experience on spring core
• Hands on in writing complex SQL queries
• Knowledge of web-services (REST and SOAP);
• Familiarity with NOSQL [eg. Mongo DB] is preferred;
• Familiarity with message queues like Kafka.
• Know-how on containerization applications like Docker, Kubernetes is preferred.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tool – SVN.
• Hands-on experience in writing Unit tests using Junit.
• Working experience in Jenkins, Maven, SonarQube.
• Experience in tuning applications based on Performance tests/ Load tests/ Stress tests is preferred.
• Knowledge of development lifecycle, standards, approaches, utilities and environment: shells, IDEs.
• Familiarity with JIRA / JQL is an added advantage 

Experience:

• 5 to 11 years of core development / Product experience

Education:

• BE/Btech/MCA

• Managing the Salesforce team of consultants on a project.
• Advising clients in implementation of Salesforce products (Sales, Service, Marketing, Community Cloud etc...).
• Developing business requirements and functional designs to effectively shape Cloud solutions.
• Conducting & facilitating requirements and design sessions.
• Designing overall Salesforce architecture concept and SaaS ecosystem (e.g. CPQ solutions, Order Management solution, etc)
• Building of integration solutions between the CRM platform and other clients systems architecture.
• Driving project from Design through deployment phase.
• Effectively contributing to Proposals.

Technical Skills Required:

Has extensive implementation experience in at-least 3 of the cloud offerings - Sales, Service, Marketing, Community Cloud.
Has worked on proposals.
Should have done deployment using at-least 2 approaches - ANT, Eclipse, Change sets.
Should have lead at-least 3 E2E Salesforce implementations (Design through Deploy).
Should have experience in building Web Services, both SOAP and ReST.
