About Role

• Manage, Support and administration of employee machines/laptops (Macs)
• Support any basic networking/wifi issues
• Managing access control, single sign-on for employees for various tools and SaaS software
• Managing onboarding and offboarding of emoployees from IT standpoint

· Designs, presents, demonstrates the enterprise architecture for their assigned Network and Network Security domain(s), and provide technical consulting to medium to large corporate and government organizations.

· Required to understand customer requirements and provide consultation / design on the architecture and solution.

· During the qualifying process, confirm that products meet the prospect's/customer's requirements and assist sales in technical qualification. Throughout the proposal process, articulate and demonstrate solutions, influence customer's technical requirements, and position products relative to competition.

· To assist the account/sales team in preparing of solution document and proposals, responses to RFQ/RFP.

· make technical designs and presentations and be a technical lead on all major opportunities.

· To work closely with Service delivery team to ensure clarity in scopes of work and services cost analysis.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities included but are not limited to:

• Handle Level 1 and Level 2 Telephony, some Network support, and

escalations from Level

• Technical support for phone systems (PBX on-prem and Cloud based), network issues (Internal and ISP), SIP issues etc.

• Understanding of Network Support for Switching, Wireless and routers

• Log tickets and assist end users with technical queries, or escalate to the appropriate team

• Deployment, implementation, and ongoing support of telephony

solutions/systems with assistance of onsite tech team

• Ability to trouble-shoot and partner with other teams remotely for

resolution

• Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution

• Involvement in scoping replacement or implementation options for client proposals

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years working in a Help Desk or IT support environment

• 2-3+ years of phone system/PBX experience

• 2-3+ years of SIP experience

• 2-3+ years of Network troubleshooting experience for LAN/WAN

• Some desirable telephony qualifications or experience in any of the

following: Ericsson-LG Aria iPECS, 3CX, Avaya, Cisco Webex, Asterisk

(Training will be provided on major solutions that we use)

• Understanding of networking along with experience in any of the following: HPE Aruba, HPE, Cisco,, Meraki, Juniper, Cambium, Fortinet

• Excellent verbal and written skills to both customers and internal staff

• Proactively identify and resolve problems, using documented or

researched answers and providing resources to other IT staff and users

• Organizational and prioritization skills

• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new job-related tasks

• Ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere as well as alone

• Windows Site Reliability Engineer with experience in managing large websites where Millions of customers hit
• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
• Among your responsibilities will be the installation and configuration of storage, servers, Microsoft servers (Cluster Services, File Services, Active Directory Services, Certificate Authority services), Virtual Infrastructure (Hyper-V), IIS, MS SQL and backup system

Network Engineer duties and responsibilities

·       Design and deploy of LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including servers, routers, firewalls, load balancers, switches, and other hardware

·       Configure, tests, and maintains LAN/WAN equipment and related services

·       Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves network problems

·       Architecting, creating, managing and maintaining Network, Server and PC health for clients (as defined by SLA)
