Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Presales Consultant / Solution Architect with a strong background in enterprise networking, information security, wireless technologies, and presales solutioning.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Aruba (ClearPass, AirWave, Central), Cisco Routing & Switching, Cisco ISE, and other LAN/WAN technologies. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting secure, scalable network solutions tailored to customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in network design and implementation across enterprise environments.
- Deliver technical presales support including solution architecture, presentations, product demos, POCs, and RFP responses.
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOMs) and solution documents using tools like IRIS.
- Design and deploy secure network access solutions using Aruba ClearPass (802.1x, AAA, Guest, BYOD, Device Profiling).
- Configure and manage Aruba Wireless Controllers (WLC-7010) and APs (515, 505, 215, 220).
- Manage and monitor wireless networks via Aruba AirWave and Aruba Central.
- Design and troubleshoot Cisco Routing & Switching (2911, 6509, 4311, 2960, 3750, SG-300).
- Configure and support Cisco Wireless infrastructure and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
- Optimize network performance through troubleshooting, assessments, and best practices.
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with customer goals.
- Lead project delivery, stakeholder communication, and client satisfaction for presales engagements.

Duties and Responsibilities
Troubleshooting the complex/multi-domain/ incidents, that require design changes or involvement
of OEMs, on the network and services that are escalated by L2 Resolver Group while adhering to
SLA/KPIs
Providing L3 level of Network and Service Assurance support for enterprise network on routing
and switching and is comprised of Cisco based WAN/ LAN / WLAN and SDWAN technologies
Carrying out complex network change events.
Acting as the architect for the projects in the day 2 scenario
Provide design and deployment guidance on new enterprise sites, make configuration pack and
deploy it on ground.
Raising TAC cases with OEMs and drive the resolution of complex incidents
Coordinating with the fault management teams of the CSPs for the resolution of access link
issues
Working directly with OEMs for upgrades for EoL/EoS based Life Cycle Management.
Designing and implementing the final fix for resolving the complex incidents in coordination with
OEMs or CSPs.
Representing the Operations team in architectural and roadmap discussions along with the
customer
Analyzing the technological advancement in the industry and acting as the technical advisor to
the customer
Assisting the Major Incident resolution by actively participating in the process.
L2 Network Engineer (NOC - Operation & Monitoring)
We are looking for experienced L2 Network Engineers to join our NOC (Network Operations Center) team. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in IT networking with expertise in troubleshooting, configuration, and monitoring of network devices.
