Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer queries or concerns.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Understand customer issues and provide accurate and timely solutions.
• Update customer records and follow up on open tickets/cases.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.

Requirements:

• 0 to 2 years of experience in customer service, BPO, or a voice process role (Freshers are welcome).
• Fluent in English and Hindi – both verbal and written.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Shift: Rotational Day Shifts (No Night Shift)

Working Days: 6 days a week (1 rotational week off)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000/month (Based on experience and interview performance)

Location: Bangalore (Candidates must be open to work from office)

Research and contact potential Blockchain and Crypto Projects Developers to consult and set up partnership meetings for consultancy and services introduction.

Understand business models and be able to analyze and consult

actively managing customer requests for quotes

Creating and delivering pitches that are compelling, accurate, informative & reflective of customer needs. Developing, nurturing & maintaining relationships with key clients

The self-generation of commercial leads through proactive communications

Coordinating sales efforts with team members and other departments regarding effective delivery solutions

About You:

Experience, have basic knowledge and show interest in the blockchain industry.

A consultative sales approach. Ability to listen to a customer's concerns and build a solution to address their concerns.

Ability to talk about the benefits rather than the features of a product or service.

Experience in selling a premium service and therefore possess an understanding of how to talk to our position in the market and price point.

Highly motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in commercial sales

Experience in leveraging LinkedIn to prospect, connect and develop a pipeline of opportunities.

Effective time management skills in a bustling environment and the ability to work to deadlines.

Requirements:

● Understanding our data sets and how to bring them together.

● Working with our engineering team to support custom solutions offered to the product development.

● Filling the gap between development, engineering and data ops.

● Creating, maintaining and documenting scripts to support ongoing custom solutions.

● Excellent organizational skills, including attention to precise details

● Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

● 5+ years experience with Python to develop scripts.

● Know your way around RESTFUL APIs.[Able to integrate not necessary to publish]

● You are familiar with pulling and pushing files from SFTP and AWS S3.

● Experience with any Cloud solutions including GCP / AWS / OCI / Azure.

● Familiarity with SQL programming to query and transform data from relational Databases.

● Familiarity to work with Linux (and Linux work environment).

Primary responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions related to sales, expenses, and assets.
• Preparing quarterly financial statements for reporting to multiple stakeholders such as Investors, Lenders etc.
• Support the month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes and coordinate with Statutory Auditors.
• Assist in the preparation, review and finalisation of monthly budgets, cash flow forecasts and variation analysis.

• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in accounting and finance.

Qualifications:

• CA with minimum experience of 3 years (post qualification) or 12 years experience having a Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or similar role, preferably in a Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) directly or while working at a reputed CA Firm.
• Hands-on experience or ability to work on Zoho Software (accounting software).

• The individual should have a sound understanding of Vendor Management, Operations, Attributes of the catalog, Category Knowledge.
• Ensuring an error free output & 0% escalations.
• Maintaining categorization of the products on the platform, Updating product information, including images and prices

• Manage Adhoc requests from Category and other internal teams and resolve them within a Specific TAT

• ​​Creation of vendors codes and Entering vendor details in the system. Setting up SKUs on the system. Assisting merchant team with required documentation with other functions and vendors.
• ​​Perform a variety of tasks in populating/procuring content for the product catalog from vendors. Engage with vendors to get product information as per the defined templates of attributes and images. The work includes content creation, population of content from various sources (including research on the internet), interacting/coordinating with vendor/manufacturers, conducting QC, identifying and correcting errors, maintaining records of work received and work performed.

• 2-5 years of work experience in Catalogue operations.
• Should have prior experience with E-Commerce & handled external partners.
• Proficient in all MS Office, sound verbal & written communication
• A passion for always exceeding internal and external customer expectations.
• Proactive and able to work with stringent deadlines.
• Ability to follow the process - can follow SOPs consistently and quality check own work. Detail oriented.
