Job Description – ERP Coordinator (Independent Position)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and independent ERP Coordinator who can strictly monitor ticketing operations, coordinate between teams and clients, and ensure proper follow-up on every support and development query. The candidate should be confident, straightforward, result-oriented, and capable of handling responsibilities independently without continuous supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Monitor daily ERP support and development tickets.

•

Ensure every client query is properly logged and ticket generated.

•

Verify whether tickets are resolved within committed timelines.

•

Follow up with support and development teams for pending issues.

•

Track unresolved queries and escalate delays when required.

•

Maintain proper coordination between client, support, and development teams.

•

Ensure proper communication and status updates are shared with clients.

•

Prepare daily/weekly pending ticket reports and management updates.

•

Identify gaps in ticket handling and improve process discipline.

•

Independently handle critical client coordination and issue management.

Required Skills:

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed QC of 2D engineering drawings with a strong focus on accuracy, standards, and manufacturability.
• Validate dimensions, tolerances, GD&T symbols, views, callouts, and BOM elements.
• Cross-check drawings against 3D CAD models and identify mismatches.
• Flag design or annotation errors and guide drafters on corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with ASME/ISO standards and internal guidelines.
• Develop and refine QC checklists, SOPs, and quality frameworks.
• Collaborate with design, drafting, and automation teams to improve quality.
• Maintain QC reports and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior engineers.

Must-Have Skills

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
• 5–12 years of experience reviewing mechanical drawings in manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, tooling, or precision engineering.
• Strong command of GD&T (ASME Y14.5) and engineering drawing standards.
• Ability to interpret 3D CAD models in SolidWorks/Creo/NX or similar tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Worked with Plastic components and parts
• ASME Certified with strength in GD&T concepts.

SAP HCM Functional Consultant

• Minimum 5+ years total IT experience, preferably in SAP HCM.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in design and configuration of SAP US Payroll.
• Must have 2-3 full life cycle implementations for SAP/EC US Payroll.
• Should have worked as an SME for US payroll.
• Experience in - SAP payroll configuration for Gross payroll and Net Payroll, Tax Reporter configuration,
• Experience with BSI tax factory, Third party remittance, Payroll catalog definition including but not limited to collective bargaining agreement wage type definition and configuration,
• Off-cycle payroll definition and processing, Levy management, Garnishments definition, reporting and management, Integration with Benefits, Integration with SAP FI and with Third party FI, Detailed knowledge and understanding of integration with Time Management.
• Experience in SAP Benefits configuration
