We are seeking a Senior Technical Engineer to provide L2/L3 support for enterprise network infrastructure including SD-WAN, Security, Wireless, and NAC solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex network issues (LAN/WAN/SD-WAN)
• Manage Firewall policies and security configurations
• Support Cisco ISE (NAC) deployments and troubleshooting
• Handle WiFi controller and access point configurations
• Work on Zscaler and secure internet gateway issues
• Coordinate with OEM/vendor TAC teams
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA)
• Guide junior engineers

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Routing & Switching
• Experience with SD-WAN (Viptela or similar)
• Firewall experience (Palo Alto / Fortinet / Cisco / Checkpoint)
• Cisco ISE knowledge
• Wireless troubleshooting experience
• Understanding of security best practices

Experience

• 4–8 years in Network Operations / Enterprise Networking

Duties and Responsibilities

 Troubleshooting the complex/multi-domain/ incidents, that require design changes or involvement

of OEMs, on the network and services that are escalated by L2 Resolver Group while adhering to

SLA/KPIs

 Providing L3 level of Network and Service Assurance support for enterprise network on routing

and switching and is comprised of Cisco based WAN/ LAN / WLAN and SDWAN technologies

 Carrying out complex network change events.

 Acting as the architect for the projects in the day 2 scenario

 Provide design and deployment guidance on new enterprise sites, make configuration pack and

deploy it on ground.

 Raising TAC cases with OEMs and drive the resolution of complex incidents

 Coordinating with the fault management teams of the CSPs for the resolution of access link

issues

 Working directly with OEMs for upgrades for EoL/EoS based Life Cycle Management.

 Designing and implementing the final fix for resolving the complex incidents in coordination with

OEMs or CSPs.

 Representing the Operations team in architectural and roadmap discussions along with the

customer

 Analyzing the technological advancement in the industry and acting as the technical advisor to

the customer

 Assisting the Major Incident resolution by actively participating in the process.

• Knowledge on CAMPUS LAN Architecture and implementation

• Having exposure to Cisco’s latest technologies like SDA, DNAC

• Hand-on experience on designing and implementing Cisco SDA

• Strong Routing & Switching, Cisco SDA, DNAC, Cisco ISE skillset is a must.

• Hands On expertise on Cisco Prime, ISE, Cisco Meraki

• Hands on and troubleshooting SDA

• Experience on L 3
