Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director. The role requires managing high-level administrative tasks, coordinating business travel and meetings, and acting as a reliable point of contact. The candidate should be open to frequent travel and capable of handling a fast-paced work environment with complete confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the MD’s schedule, travel plans, appointments, and calendar
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and follow-ups
• Domestic Travel when required.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence on behalf of the MD
• Follow up on action items and ensure timely execution of tasks
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Liaise with key departments and stakeholders for project coordination
• Conduct basic research and provide data-driven inputs for decision-making

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
• 3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to changing schedules
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
• High integrity, discretion, and a professional demeanor

Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development. Proficiency in developing declarative and component-based SPAs using Vue.js. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Expertise in Vue.js, including Vuex for state management and Vue Router for navigation. Strong understanding of Java and experience with Spring Boot framework. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Knowledge of Spring Security framework for implementing authentication and authorization in Spring-based applications. Experience with Keycloak and access management solutions for securing web applications. Understanding of OAuth and OpenID Connect protocols for single sign-on (SSO) authentication. Ability to integrate and configure Keycloak with Spring Boot applications to manage user authentication and authorization. Experience with JSON Web Tokens (JWT) for secure transmission of authentication data between client and server. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Engineering Graduates or Postgraduates with 2-5 years of experience in mobile development, who have designed and developed advanced applications for the Android platform in B2C domain. Experience of development of app for retail domain is an added advantage.  
• Must have working skills:  
  • Kotlin, RXJava, Dependency injection (Koin/Dagger) 
  • Unit Test 
  • Worked on multi-threaded applications 
  • MVP and MVVM 
• In depth understanding of Android recommended design principles, interface guidelines and coding best practices.  
• Experience with performance and memory tuning of complex apps.  

Position: Frontend Engineer / MEAN Stack Developer

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 2.5 to 4 years, preferably in an agile environment

Strong Knowledge MongoDB, Express.js, AngularJS, Node.js
Strong Knowledge on User Interface and User Experience Design
Good Knowledge on Deployment Process (Nginix, Docker, AWS, Digital Ocean)
Basic Knowledge other stacks like ReactJS, View.js

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with first-rate system administration and cloud systems management skills to join our retail platform team. In this role, you’ll be making some of the most significant decisions for the company. You need to have strong problem solving capabilities, be a team player and have great communication skills. You also need to be goal-oriented, have the ability to understand the core architecture and take up responsibility of product deployment and scaling. You must be a highly technical, hands-on system admin with passion for devops and scaling.

• Python or Bash scripting skills
• Experience with deployment frameworks, practices and processes
• Demonstrated skills in deploying, releasing, and maintaining highly scalable web applications
• Bonus if you know AWS CloudFormation or Terraform
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
