🔧 What You’ll Do (Day to Day)

You’ll work directly with the founders to build and scale our go-to-market engine from zero to one:

• Write cold emails that get responses — tailored, trade-specific, and rooted in real-world context
• Research potential buyers deeply — LinkedIn, job descriptions, project pages, and tech stacks
• Craft outreach sequences and storytelling hooks for specific personas (Estimators, Precon Managers, PMs)
• Author GTM content: email templates, case studies, landing page copy, value props, and 1-pagers
• Help shape our narrative: What problem are we solving? Why now? Why us?
• Coordinate outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and niche construction networks
• Track responses, refine messaging, and learn fast from what doesn’t work
• Become an industry-native writer — your content will reflect how construction professionals think, talk, and decide

This is not a generic marketing internship. This is the front line of company building — where storytelling meets strategy and writing drives revenue.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated .NET Developer with around 2 years of experience to join our backend development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET Core, and SQL, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming and API development. You will work closely with product, DevOps, and QA teams to build and enhance backend systems

supporting our trading and fintech platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC.

• Design and implement RESTful APIs for integration with frontend and third-party systems.

• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.

• Work with SQL databases (preferably MS SQL Server) to design schemas, write queries, and

optimize performance.

• Collaborate with product managers and frontend teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting production issues.

• Contribute to improving application performance, scalability, and security.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 2 years of experience in .NET development.

• Strong proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core / ASP.NET MVC.

• Experience with Web APIs and RESTful architecture.

• Good knowledge of Entity Framework / LINQ.

• Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server or other relational databases.

• Understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, and software architecture concepts.

• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Production Executive with an ITI Fitter background to support the signage production team. The ideal candidate will handle the assembly, fitting, and basic fabrication of signage structures, while coordinating workflow to ensure timely completion of jobs. This role combines technical skills with day-to-day production coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Execute fitting and assembly work for signage products such as glow signs, acrylic boards, ACP structures, metal frames, and LED setups.

·      Interpret and work from technical drawings or production plans.

·      Handle tools, machines, and equipment for cutting, welding, drilling, and assembly task.

·      Assist the production supervisor in planning and organizing daily tasks.

·      Inspect completed products for quality, measurements, and proper finishing.

·      Ensure proper use of materials to minimize wastage.

·      Coordinate with design, printing, and installation teams for job readiness.

·      Maintain tools and ensure a clean and safe working environment.

·      Report any delays, material shortages, or technical issues to the Production Manager.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of web development experience using Node.js or similar web technologies

• Well-versed with front-end code in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, React.js with familiarity in various frameworks and template languages

• Proficient with database design, optimization and tuning in MySQL or MongoDB

• Experience in design patterns, unit testing, automation techniques (Selenium WebDriver)

About the role:
We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer who has a knack for coming up with creative solutions to unique problems, planning development cycles and writing technical documentation while leading a team of developers. You should have experience with different design pattern implementation and be quick in making architectural decisions. You can get in where needed to write clean, reusable, and performant code, with creative sensibilities to push projects towards perfection. You should have good time management skills and be able to work both autonomously and collaboratively with a cross-discipline team of product managers, strategists, UX designers, art directors, and developers.
