Required Skills:

• Exp. - 5-8 years
• Experience in Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Extensive experience in developing enterprise-scale applications and systems. Should possess good architectural knowledge and be aware of enterprise application design patterns.
• Should have the ability to analyze, design, develop and test complex, low-latency client- facing applications.
• Good development experience with RDBMS.
• Good knowledge of multi-threading and high-performance server-side development.
• Basic working knowledge of Unix/Linux.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with 3 years of experience to join our

team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python,

Django, and PostgreSQL, along with a good understanding of backend development.

Knowledge of Java will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and

Django

 Design and manage databases using PostgreSQL

 Write clean, efficient, and reusable code

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new

features

 Debug and resolve technical issues and optimize application performance

 Participate in code reviews and ensure best coding practices

 Required Skills

 Strong experience in Python

 Hands-on experience with Django framework

 Good knowledge of PostgreSQL database

 Understanding of REST APIs and web services

 Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)

 Good to Have

 Basic knowledge of Java

 Experience with cloud platforms or deployment processes

 Understanding of front-end technologies is a plus

• Strong Behavioral Data Analyst Profiles
• Mandatory (Experience 1): Minimum 4+ years of experience in user analytics or behavioural data analysis, focusing on user app and web journeys
• Mandatory (Experience 2): Experience in analyzing clickstream and behavioral data using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, CleverTap, or Firebase
• Mandatory (Skills 1): Hands-on experience in A/B testing, including hypothesis design, experimentation, and result interpretation.
• Mandatory (Skills 2): Strong analytical ability to identify behavioral patterns, anomalies, funnel drop-offs, and engagement trends from large datasets.
• Mandatory (Skills 3): Hands-on proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI for dashboard creation and data storytelling.
• Mandatory (Skills 4): Basic understanding of UX principles and customer journey mapping, collaborating effectively with UX/CX teams
• Mandatory (Company): B2C product Companies (fintech, or e-commerce organizations with large user behavior dataset is a plus)

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Marketing).
• 5+ years of experience in CX/UX roles, preferably in a B2C environment.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, CleverTap, Medallia, Hotjar, etc).
• Strong understanding of wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma, XMind, etc).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
• Strong background in data analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Expert understanding of user experience and user-centered design approaches
• Detail-orientation with experience and will to continuously learn, adapt and evolve
• Creating and measuring the success and impact of your CX designs
• Knowledge of testing tools like Maze, UsabiltyHub, UserZoom would be a plus
• Experienced in designing responsive websites as well as mobile apps
• Understanding of iOS and Android design guidelines
• Passion for great customer-focus design, purposeful aesthetic sense and generating simple solutions to complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills to be able to present their work and ideas to the leadership team.

4. Identify new avenues of growth, suggesting and building campaigns which can benefit the overall performance of the sales department.

5. Identify sales leads, pitch services to new clients, and maintain a good working relationship with them.

6. Work with the internal product and management teams to increase sales opportunities for the organization.

7. Onboard new clients on our application.
