Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lab Instructor specializing in Electronics at KGiSL Educational Institutions, located in Coimbatore. The Lab Instructor will be responsible for preparing and maintaining laboratory equipment, conducting practical sessions, guiding students in experiments, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and assisting in overall laboratory operations. The role also involves supporting faculty in curriculum-related lab exercises to enhance student learning outcomes.

1. Core Responsibilities

Work closely with the design team to translate UI and UX requirements into high quality, functional interfaces.

Convert wireframes and mockups into fully interactive, iterative environments.

Build responsive, elegant, and accessible web interfaces using modern JavaScript practices.

Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and work collaboratively with backend engineers.

Ensure layouts are pixel perfect across devices, browsers, and screen sizes.

Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code while working with designers, strategists, and developers.

2. Interaction and Motion

Use GSAP or similar tools to create smooth animations and micro-interactions.

3. API and Integration Management

Integrate frontend systems with RESTful APIs and backend services.

Work with third party tools, plugins, and services as required.

Debug and optimize interfaces for speed, performance, and reliability.

Maintain best practices around component reuse and code organization.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving internal standards.

Participate in daily stand ups, sprint planning, retros, and reviews.

Contribute to task estimations and collaborate on technical problem solving.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on frontend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, SASS CSS, and JavaScript ES6.
• Expertise in React.js.
• Familiarity with Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with GSAP for animations.
• Knowledge of WordPress or WebFlow is a plus.
• Hands on experience with GIT and version control workflows.

About the Role

We're seeking a talented Frontend Developer to join our engineering team. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality web applications, collaborating with designers and backend developers to create seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Implementation

• Build responsive, performant web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular)
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards
• Implement pixel-perfect UI designs from mockups and wireframes

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and cold call prospective Partners (Sub-Brokers).
• Arrange business meetings with prospective Partners and work on Partners activation & Client network development
• Advising Partners/Clients to build a strong portfolio into equities.
• Providing the advisory regarding the strategies for securities investment.
• Strive to achieve business targets as per assigned portfolio
• Upsell/Cross sell through Partners.
• Arrange periodical Partner Meets for New Acquisition and generating leads for prospects.

Experience with Databases design (SQL, NoSQL) and analytics

Experience in driving and delivering complex features/software modules from technical design to launch.

Expertise with unit testing & Test Driven Development (TDD)

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science from a top-tier institution
• Relevant full-time work experience of 4+years
• Strong foundation in computer science, Object-Oriented software, unit testing & test automation with scripts
• Ability to self-teach.
