The Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to build, scale, and maintain high-performance web applications for Ctruh’s technology platforms. This role involves working across the stack - frontend, backend, and infrastructure - using modern JavaScript-based technologies.

You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys end-to-end ownership, technical problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You’ll Own

Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable web applications
• Build and maintain server-side logic and microservices using Node.js, Express.js, and TypeScript
• Contribute to frontend feature development and integration
• Participate in feature planning, estimation, and execution

Backend & API Engineering

• Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services
• Implement asynchronous workflows and scalable microservice architectures
• Ensure performance, reliability, and security of backend systems
• Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection best practices

Database Design & Optimization

• Design and manage MongoDB schemas using Mongoose
• Optimize queries and database performance for scale

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Solid understanding of MongoDB and Mongoose.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming patterns.
• Good grasp of system design principles and application architecture.
• Experience with Git and version control best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Expertise in Angular 6/7 with 2+ Years’ experience is MUST.
2. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
3. Experience developing web, mobile or hybrid applications.
4. Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, XML, jQuery, JSON.
5. Knowledge of JavaScript/Typescript frameworks as js.
6. Familiarity with databases as MySQL, MongoDB and web servers with UI/UX design
7. Experience on web application & RESTful web service
8. Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests.
9. Job involves 80-90% hands-on coding.
10. Good to have the knowledge of Cloud deployment AWS and Docker

Technical Roles and Responsibilities

Mandatory Skills:

Software Engineering

u  Strong experience in agile methodologies and test driven development.

u  Experience in software development using open source technologies.

u  Experience in automated software testing.

u  Knowledge in domain-driven design, design patterns and enterprise integration patterns.

u  Must have experience in delivering software via complete Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline.

Software Development

u  Must be able to code in Java (SpingBoot and Spring Cloud Services).

u  Experience in some of the technologies below:

 - Strong knowledge in CI/CD toolset such as Ansible, Artifactory, Jenkins, BitBucket, SonarQube, Fortify,  Flyway, Jira and Confluence.

-  Strong knowledge in automated testing toolset such as jUnit, Mockito, cucumber, Selenium etc.

-  Strong knowledge in scripting languages such as Groovy and Linux shell.
