Jaipur Company seeks a PHP Developer Full-time

Responsibilities:-

1)  Experience: We are seeking a Senior PHP Developer with at least 3 years of experience in PHP and one of the following: .NET or Cloud Server Operations. If you do not have experience in these areas, we are prepared to provide training to help you gain these skills. All our work is recorded under an employee monitoring system.

2)  SAAS Product Operations: As a Senior PHP Developer, you will be responsible for managing and operating our own cutting-edge Software as a Service (SAAS) products. You can explore our products at https://www.pnapna.com.

3)  Collaborative Work: You will collaborate closely with our IT team to bring various projects to fruition.

4)  /Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication within the team and with clients.

5)  Troubleshooting: Part of your role will involve identifying and resolving issues related to our SAAS scripts and the infrastructure of our server systems.

6)  Server Management: You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of web processes and infrastructure on our Linux-based servers.

7)  Script Development: You will have the opportunity to create scripts that enhance client systems, helping them achieve peak performance and meet their objectives.

8)Software Development: Testing and developing software for client applications, primarily those located in North America, is a key aspect of your role.

9)Documentation: You will create comprehensive documentation for the software you develop, ensuring that it is well-documented for both internal and client reference.

10)           Debugging: Utilizing source debuggers, you will diagnose issues and write or modify client software as necessary to enhance functionality.

11)           Project Results: You will be expected to consistently deliver effective results within set deadlines, contributing to the success of our projects.

Requirements:-

1)  Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is a prerequisite for this role.

2)  Development Skills: Proficiency in PHP is required, along with experience in using web frameworks like Laravel and CodeIgniter. If you do not have experience with PHP, knowledge of DOT.Net desktop applications or Cloud servers is acceptable. We are willing to provide training to enhance your skills in these areas.

3)  Front-end Technologies: Advanced knowledge of front-end technologies, including CSS3, JavaScript, and HTML5, is essential for this position.

4)  Programming Skills: You should have a solid understanding of object-oriented programming.

5)  Database and OS: Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as experience with the Linux operating system, is beneficial for success in this role.

6)  Project Leadership: The ability to effectively manage and lead projects is a key competency that we value.

Job Type: Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000 per month

Contract Length: 45 days Notice Period

• 8 - 12 years of professional experience in .Net Framework 2.0/3.5/4.0/4.5 (C#, ASP.Net) and ADO.Net. Strong knowledge of software development, debugging and deployment tools Knowledge and experience of SQL Server (Any version). 
• Knowledge of Versioning tools. Strong experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. 
• Should have Good Problem Solving and Analytical Skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to handle individual projects as well as team. 
• Understanding of MVC, WCF, WPF and any mobile technology – beneficial Ability to learn new technology in a short period.

• • 3+ years of web development experience using LAMP stack or Node.js or similar web technologies 
• • Well-versed with front-end code in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, React.js with familiarity in various frameworks and template languages 
• • Possess strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, especially in PHP 
• • Proficient with database design, optimization and tuning in MySQL or MongoDB 
• • Experience in design patterns, unit testing, automation techniques (Selenium WebDriver) 
• • Exposure to Amazon Web Services (EC2, S3, EBS, RDS, SQS, Redshift, etc.) 
• • Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes 
• • Exposure to collaborating tools like GitHub, JIRA, Confluence 
• • Experience in frameworks such as Symfony 2, Express.js, or proven ability to learn on the job 
• • Experience in Microservices and REST architecture 
• • Exposure to Scrum methodology and XP technical practices such as unit testing, pair programming, test-driven development, continuous integration or continuous delivery 
• • Self-motivated, fast learner, detail-oriented, team player and a sense of humor 

• 6-13 years’ experience designing for high performing digital products across various domains
• Degree in design-related field or equivalent experience.
• Good understanding of design patterns, industry trends, and great approaches to solve problems
• Expertise in core UX disciplines including information architecture, interaction design, application of design systems, and UI design.
• Creative problem-solver with a strong eye for detail
• Experience and understanding of Responsive Web Design
• Experience with iOS and Android Mobile App Design
• Must have Software Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Miro
• Proficient in wire-framing and comfortable producing concept sketches and user flows
• A passion for UX and User Research
• A strong portfolio which demonstrates work across a range of clients
• Strong experience of user research and usability testing
• Passionate about Design Thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Experience with accessibility, localization, and internationalization.
• Experience working directly with developers to ensure the successful implementation of a design specifications
• Familiarity with content strategy, content management, taxonomy and large scale digital publishing.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge with QA and testing methods is a plus.
• All candidates will be required to submit a portfolio of work samples and/or links to their work.

Mandatory Skill set:

• Multiple solution stack development experience along with MEAN(Mongo, Express, Angular and Node)

• Python with any web framework

• Micro Services, Performance Engineering, Docker, Kubernetes, AZURE, CI/CD pipeline, , MySQL and Database design

Job Role:

• Responsible for component selection, design standardization, common library building.

• Build services and templates based on published standard (RFC type)Build coding templates and architypes adhering to design standard.

• Understand NFR and define architecture, design and validation for each NFR element.

• Design data model, service contract and document framework.Define and ensure coding standards

• Define and ensure UI standards are followed. Design micro services, security, deployment Well-versed in module level effort estimationWell-versed in application integration patterns Exposure to bug fixing, maintenance, continuous integration releases.

• Exposure to building architectural view like logical, physical and deployment.Exposure to performance bottleneck, RCA and remediation.Exposure to security issues, RCA and remediation.

Process Exposure:

• Able to interact with team, stakeholders and architects. Understand functional requirements and create design documents for features.

• Participate in sprint planning and story elaboration sessions.
