We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who can independently build, test, and ship product features across the frontend, backend, and database.
You will work closely with the founders and product team to convert product requirements into reliable, user-friendly features.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain full-stack features using Next.js and TypeScript
- Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces
- Build backend APIs, business logic, and integrations
- Design and maintain PostgreSQL database schemas
- Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access
- Work with state management, routing, forms, and data fetching
- Debug production issues and improve application performance
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Participate in product and technical discussions
- Take ownership of features from requirement to deployment
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
- Experience with React and Next.js
- Good understanding of frontend concepts such as:
- State management
- Routing
- API querying and caching
- Form handling
- Responsive UI development
- Experience with PostgreSQL or another relational database
- Ability to design APIs and database schemas
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub workflows
- Experience deploying web applications
- Strong debugging, aptitude, and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Supabase, Prisma, or similar tools
- Familiarity with Vercel and cloud deployment
- Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot
- Experience building SaaS, recruitment, HR-tech, or AI products
- Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, Vitest, or Playwright
