Prior experience of high energy and intense environments - would be a plus
Troubleshooting skills with problem solving ability
Prior experience in customer service would be an added plus
Customer service experience in Travel industry - would be an added plus
Proficiency in excel across pivot and basic functions - would be an added plus
Working knowledge of Cloud applications like Google sheets, Doc and Drive
