Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct business conferences by mediating the call, identify and assess the customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information when requested by using the right methods/tools on the software interface.
- Resolve conference related issues by clarifying the customer complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem and expediting correction or adjustment.
- Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls and resolve help requests and build sustainable relationship through interactive communication
- Schedule conferences, maintain records and process emails adhering to communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Go the extra mile to query resolution, request completion and process closure
- Productive contribution to team effort by accomplishing the results as needed

Primary Responsibilities
- Support enterprise account executives with solution selling into prospect account base
- Conducting in-depth product demonstrations of our solutions
- Presenting the products at events, conferences, seminars and webinars
- Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals involving complex sales cycles
- Model the financial business case and ROI associated with each sales opportunity

Role Requirements
- Good understanding of brands and how they communicate to their target audience in the form of print and digital communication. For example, you should be able to understand the difference between a printed leaflet and a digital emailer that intends to communicate the same message to the target audience.
- Exceptionally well in Photoshop, Illustrator and Corel Draw compositing technical knowledge.
- Sound English and comprehension and writing skills. Independently assess and research any job briefs to visualize a visual strategy and discuss it with the client's/internal team.

Minimum Qualification
- 2-8 years of working experience in Illustrator, CorelDraw & Photoshop.
- Diploma or Degree in Printing Technology, Graphic Design, or DTP along with 2 years of experience.
- Advertising Agency experience preferred.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in software development in an object-oriented language such as Java, .NET or Node.Js
- Exceptional design, coding, and problem-solving skills, with a bias for architecture at scale.
- Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, front-end technologies like AngularJS, Redux / React and upcoming web technologies.
- Real-world experience developing large scale commercial services with robust performance, resiliency, and telemetry, delivered both Online and OnPrem.
- Strong knowledge of computer science, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Ability to appreciate complex problems with a thorough design.
