Experience & Relevance

Engineering Depth: 7-10 years of professional experience in end-to-end data product development. You have a portfolio that proves your ability to build complex, high-velocity pipelines for both Batch and Streaming workloads

Cloud-Native Fluency: Deep, hands-on experience designing and deploying scalable data solutions on at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure). You are comfortable navigating the nuances of EMR, BigQuery, or Synapse at scale.

Al-Native Workflow: You don't just build for Al you build with Al. You must be proficient in using Al coding assistants (e.g.. GitHub Copilot) to accelerate your delivery and have a track record of building the data foundations required for Generative Al.

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Care

• Provide basic nursing care to patients at home.
• Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, feeding, grooming, and mobility.
• Maintain patient hygiene and comfort.

2. Clinical Support

• Assist doctors or registered nurses in basic medical procedures.
• Administer medications as prescribed under supervision.
• Perform basic procedures such as dressing wounds, catheter care, and injections (if permitted).
• Maintain infection control and hygiene protocols.

3. Patient Monitoring

• Observe patient conditions and report any changes to the supervising nurse or doctor.

4. Patient & Family Support

Qualification

• ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) Certification from a recognized institution.
• Valid nursing registration (if applicable as per state norms).

Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in hospitals, clinics, or home healthcare services preferred.
