Overview:

As a Business/Product Analyst at Baker Street, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and evolution of our wealth management product. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams, utilizing your analytical expertise to contribute to the success of our transformative financial product.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in wealth management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather market insights, translating them into actionable product strategies.

Product Development:

• Define and document detailed product requirements based on market research and customer feedback.
• Work closely with the product development team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of product features and enhancements.
• Contribute to the development of user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

Data Analysis:

• Analyze user behavior, engagement metrics, and relevant data to derive insights that inform strategic product decisions.
• Utilize statistical methods to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for product optimization.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless and user-friendly product experience.
• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating effective communication.

Documentation:

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of product features, specifications, and processes.
• Create and update user manuals, training materials, and other documentation as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensation

Competitive compensation as per experience and industry standards, with the possibility of ESOPS participation.

• Strong scriptwriting, video production, and editing skills for visual content creation.
• Exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• A passion for sharing knowledge and insights through mentoring and training.

1. Develop customizations and configurations to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, including entity customization, form design, workflow development, and business process automation.
2. Collaborate with functional teams to gather and document requirements for customizations and integrations.
3. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the functional teams on best practices for Dynamics 365 customization and integration.
4. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, specifications, and test plans.

Scrum Master(BA)

· Working with customers and product manager to prioritize and validate requirements.

· Should Coordinate and participate in weekly estimation meetings to provide high-level estimates (Story Points) for backlog items.

· Develop the crucial functional requirement specifications, creating detailed use cases and process flow diagrams to support functional specifications.

· Facilitate Daily Scrum Meetings and Monthly Reviews meetings. Conduct sprint retrospective and followed up on action items for continuous improvement.

· Should be Responsible for two Agile Scrum teams

· Should be able to guide three development teams through transition from waterfall to Agile development.

· Remove impediments and protect team members from interruptions and distractions to maximize productivity.

· Work closely with Product Owners, coordinating product backlog grooming and story.

· Prepare use case documents and utilized JIRA to create UML diagrams including use case, activity and class diagrams to extract business process flows and workflows, thereby assisting development and quality assurance teams in understanding the requirements.

· Work on a team environment to finalize use cases to develop functional and detail design specifications of the application.

· Participate in JAD sessions for requirement, feasibility and risk analysis with various stakeholders, including designers, developers, QA and management to identify critical and high risk areas of the application.

· Collaborate with the QA team in reviewing and validating test plans and test cases, ensuring that the final application catered to the user requirements.

· Develop a user acceptance test plan and test case scenarios to guide a select group of key end-users in testing the user interface and functionality of the application.

· Examine and evaluate testing fixtures and procedures for appropriateness in the specific requirements.

· Conduct 5+ levels of testing including functional, regression, user acceptance, integration and performance to verify the client’s needs are met.

· Should be able to Communicate client’s business requirements by constructing easy-to-understand data and process models.
