• Write/edit clear, concise, and easy to understand technical documents for various products to support multiple product releases throughout the year. Document list includes but not limited to System Integration Handbook, Release Notes, Hardware Installation and Maintenance guide, Administration guide and so on • Create/edit screenshots, illustrations, images wherever required • Work independently; provide ideas to improve content and processes; ability to take decisions independently • Maintain consistency throughout the document and also with previous releases • Participate in meetings, calls regularly • Work in the Collaborate environment with Technical publication team

Ensure that the articles and tutorials are easy to find, easy to use and always up-to-date with the product. - Ensure that product terminologies, UI messages and instructions are grammatically flawless, user-friendly, effective and consistent throughout. - Design and develop release documentation for product updates and feature release information. - Participate in usability studies with the product design team to ensure product terminology and UI instructions are making the product easy to use. - Co-own MindTickle Academy with marketing team which would have courses, tips and tricks on how to create great online courses.
