• Experience with end user technical documentation • Review product and coordinate with product designers and developers • Organize and write supporting documents for products • Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understanding • Standardize content across platforms and media • Gather usability feedback from customers, designers, and manufacturers • Revise documents as new issues arise • Good at writing operating instructions, how-to manuals, assembly instructions, and “frequently asked questions” pages • Bachelor’s degree in English/Mass Comm/Journalism • Good communication skills, detail oriented • Basic technology knowledge like web/mobile • Experience with some kind of help authoring tool like Robohelp

Responsibilities: • Requirement gathering and analysis • Project planning & execution • Breaking down of scope into Business Requirement Document, Functional and Non-Functional Requirement Document, Flow Charts, Wireframes • Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information • Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives • Make certain that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves • Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule and budget • Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants • Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spend • Issue all appropriate legal paperwork • Report and escalate to management as needed • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports Requirements: • Capable of managing multiple projects and people at a time • 2+ years of experience in project management in IT field • Previous experience in cooperating with Project Managers for the delivery of projects • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and of project management tools • BE/Btech/ME/Mtech/BCS/MCS preferred

Ensure that the MindTickle users as well as prospects get a clear understanding of the product and it's functionality. - Author MindTickle Knowledge base. Ensure that the articles and tutorials are easy to find, easy to use and always up-to-date with the product. - Ensure that product terminologies, UI messages and instructions are grammatically flawless, user-friendly, effective and consistent throughout. - Design and develop release documentation for product updates and feature release information. - Participate in usability studies with the product design team to ensure product terminology and UI instructions are making the product easy to use. - Co-own MindTickle Academy with marketing team which would have courses, tips and tricks on how to create great online courses.
