Ensure that the MindTickle users as well as prospects get a clear understanding of the product and it's functionality. - Author MindTickle Knowledge base. Ensure that the articles and tutorials are easy to find, easy to use and always up-to-date with the product. - Ensure that product terminologies, UI messages and instructions are grammatically flawless, user-friendly, effective and consistent throughout. - Design and develop release documentation for product updates and feature release information. - Participate in usability studies with the product design team to ensure product terminology and UI instructions are making the product easy to use. - Co-own MindTickle Academy with marketing team which would have courses, tips and tricks on how to create great online courses.
