- Own product documentation. Ensure that the MindTickle users as well as prospects get a clear understanding of the product and it's functionality.
- Author MindTickle Knowledge base. Ensure that the articles and tutorials are easy to find, easy to use and always up-to-date with the product.
- Ensure that product terminologies, UI messages and instructions are grammatically flawless, user-friendly, effective and consistent throughout.
