• Write/edit clear, concise, and easy to understand technical documents for various products to support multiple product releases throughout the year. Document list includes but not limited to System Integration Handbook, Release Notes, Hardware Installation and Maintenance guide, Administration guide and so on • Create/edit screenshots, illustrations, images wherever required • Work independently; provide ideas to improve content and processes; ability to take decisions independently • Maintain consistency throughout the document and also with previous releases • Participate in meetings, calls regularly • Work in the Collaborate environment with Technical publication team

Responsibilities and Duties >>Analyzing the prospective client (companies) across the globe by understanding their domain, market share, current pipeline, etc. >>Prospecting the right set of companies and generating qualified leads. >>Pitching for products/services. >>Build and maintain a strong client relationship >>Contacting potential clients via email, or calls to set up an appointment with the key stakeholders. >>Lead Nurturing
