We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our software development team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, demonstrating excellent leadership skills, and fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.

Technical:

01:- We know that you are going to apply anyway. But, we prefer some proven experience as a Project Manager in a software development environment.

02:- Experience with budget management and financial resource planning. Imagine our Finance Minister, but at a company level.

03:- Ability to effectively manage time and allocate resources, as if they are your own.

04:- Rockstar experience with project documentation and quality assurance.

05:- Familiarity with the latest technology trends and ability to foster innovation within a team.

06:- Knowledge of continuous improvement processes and learning strategies.

07:- Treat projects like your babies and deliver them on time, within budget.

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic

drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.

 Prepare Garnish Tray as per the SOP for each shift as per par stock.

 Interact with guests in a friendly and attentive manner, providing recommendations and

taking orders accurately.

 Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning

equipment, and sanitizing surfaces.

 Adhere to all beverage control procedures to ensure responsible alcohol service and

compliance with legal regulations.

 Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders for replenishment as needed to ensure

availability of ingredients and supplies.

 Conduct daily and Weekly inventory and send all reports for Excise department update.

 Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions in accordance with established

procedures.

 Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest

experiences.

 Stay informed about current beverage trends, new products, and menu offerings to provide

knowledgeable recommendations to guests.

Requirements:

 Prior experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred.

 Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and recipes.

 Excellent communication and customer service skills.

 Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

 Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

 Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

 Must maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.

Job Requirement :

• 3-5 Years of experience in Data Science
• Strong expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, deep learning, data warehousing, ETL, and reporting tools.
• Bachelors/ Masters in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence,
• Experience with relevant programming languages and tools such as Python, R, SQL, Spark, Tableau, Power BI.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of large-scale datasets to uncover insights and trends.
• Build and deploy predictive and prescriptive machine learning models for various applications.
• Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different strategies.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning.

Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support) on both Android and iOS
- Build a framework as the application grows so our Apps and SDKs are unanimous. 
- Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean code

- Troubleshoot and debug to optimise performance 
- Design interfaces to improve user experience 
- Liaise with Product team to plan new features

- Proven work experience as a Mobile developer with 3 - 5 years of experience. 
- Must be proficient in at least one programming language from Java, Swift & Objective C and must be willing to learn the other two.

- Familiarity with OOP design principles 
- Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
