Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Bengaluru

Job Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with experience to bridge business requirements and Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, experience gathering and documenting requirements, and a good understanding of Salesforce CRM capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA, and project teams.
• Configure and support Salesforce CRM solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, UAT, and release planning.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend Salesforce best practices.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud).
• Strong knowledge of requirement gathering, BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and Agile/Scrum.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus.
• Experience working on CRM implementation or enhancement projects.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in backend development, with proficiency in Python and/or Golang.

• Minimum 5 years of Testing experience , with at least 3 years of Test Automation
