About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our IT team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.   • Conduct interviews, workshops, and research to gather business and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and UX designers, to ensure project goals align with business objectives.

  • Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
  • Prepare user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding.

  • Utilize modeling tools (such as UML or BPMN) to create workflow diagrams and system architecture.
  • Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize the functionality and design of new systems or enhancements.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
  1. Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Analyze data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Work with SQL databases to query data and assist in reporting.
  • Create data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  1. Project Support & Coordination:
  • Work closely with the development team throughout the Agile development lifecycle, ensuring that requirements are implemented effectively.
  • Assist in managing sprints, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance processes.
  • Provide post-implementation support and address any issues that arise after system go-live.
  1. Stakeholder Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the business stakeholders and the IT team.
  • Facilitate communication between all parties, ensuring that stakeholders’ needs are met.
  1. Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Support:
  • Assist in pre-sales activities by evaluating client requirements, conducting feasibility studies, and providing solutions.
  • Participate in post-sales support, ensuring that solutions are successfully implemented and meet the customer’s expectations.
