About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our IT team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. 1. Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Work with SQL databases to query data and assist in reporting.
• Create data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.

1. Project Support & Coordination:

• Work closely with the development team throughout the Agile development lifecycle, ensuring that requirements are implemented effectively.
• Assist in managing sprints, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance processes.
• Provide post-implementation support and address any issues that arise after system go-live.

1. Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the business stakeholders and the IT team.

• Assist in pre-sales activities by evaluating client requirements, conducting feasibility studies, and providing solutions.
