Job Profile 

• Team Leadership: Lead a team of Laravel/PHP developers, provide technical guidance, mentorship, and inspire them to achieve project goals and deliverables. Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance
• On-Site Opportunity Only 
• Strong knowledge of Core PHP.
• Knowledge of web frameworks (CodeIgniter, Laravel or any other framework) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge in Web Services (Development & Integration).
• Working knowledge of front-end technologies JavaScript/JQuery, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Programming. Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
• Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds.
• Familiarity with MySQL database.
• Proficient understanding of Git.

Responsibilities

·        Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs

·        Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs

·        Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business

                      Serve as a brand ambassador for existing and new products, developing  tailored sales pitches to each client.

·        Coordinate with Customer Support and Marketing to ensure customers satisfaction and appropriately introduce new products as they relate to client needs.

·        Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization

·        Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly

• Help create and continue to improve bidding, project management and communications for data collection sales

• Use of Salesforce to document opportunities and other presales efforts

• Responsible for pre-sales recruitment proposals and working with vendors 

• Definition, development, implementation and execution of reusable, flexible, accurate and well-documented test plans for our (embedded) software.
  Ensure the quality of deliverables for the embedded real-time software application by defining test plans, performing manual testing, and developing automated tests that cover functional, integration, system, performance, and regression aspects.
• Working with specifications, technical documentation, existing use cases and business requirements.
• Proposing improvements to address the identified problems, which you will follow up on and, when they are value-adding, embed them in the testing frameworks.
• Create and implement testing methods, record results, and provide recommendations to improve quality.
• Perform and execute end to end validation of components and lower-level changes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in the field of (Embedded) Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience with testing software.
• 3+ years use of Python, C/C++
• Experience using embedded development and testing tools (emulators, debuggers, analyzers, etc.)
• Experience in designing, developing, and executing embedded software automation and test scripts 
• Understanding of operating systems (Embedded) Linux, RTOS and some basic understanding of microcontrollers.

Other (preferred) Qualifications:

• Working multidisciplinary knowledge about electronics, software, and hardware
• Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM practices.
• Ability to understand (embedded) hardware documentation.
• Bash / Shell scripting
• Experience with Level2 AC EV chargers and/or DC fast chargers.

• 5+yrs with WINDOWS DRIVER DEVELOPMENT in is MUST

• Hands on EXP in C++ Programming is MUST

• Understanding of FIRMWARE and HARDWARE DESIGN principles.

• EXP in LAPTOP and DESKTOP domain

• Hands on EXP in JENKIN and GITHUB

• EXP or understanding of FIRMWARE DESIGN TOOLS and LANGUAGES.

As the Senior Manager (Ratings - BFSI), you will maintaining cases and assignments undertaken by group head in the year, managing Sector reports / criteria commentary publishing

What you will do:

• Ensuring Execution of projects
• Providing inputs and commitments towards strategic/ quality decision making

• Minimising Sharp Rating Migration Cases/Rating Quality
