Job Description – Customer Support Executive (Flipkart Minutes / Uber Eats Process)

About the Role

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for leading customer service processes (Flipkart Minutes and Uber Eats) at Mohali. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates looking to build a career in customer support through chat and non-voice operations.

Compensation

Flipkart Minutes Process

• CTC up to ₹20,000 per month
• Approx. ₹16,400 in-hand salary

Uber Eats Process (International Non-Voice)

• CTC: ₹26,000 + ₹2,000 PLI (Performance Linked Incentive)
• Total CTC up to ₹28,000 per month
• Initial 3 months: Approx. ₹20,000 in-hand (PLI not applicable)
• After 3 months: Approx. ₹22,000–₹23,000 in-hand based on performance

Work Schedule

• 5–6 days working (depending on process)
• Rotational shifts and rotational week-offs
• Day, evening, and rotational shifts
• No cab facility
• No leaves during the initial 3 months (Uber Eats process)

Assessment Requirements

• Versant Score: 3 or above
• Typing Test: 25 WPM with 90% accuracy

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sr.SAP ABAP Developer with strong expertise in the HR and Payroll domain to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in ABAP development, strong debugging skills, and the ability to independently handle complex technical challenges in enterprise SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance SAP applications usingABAP (HR module).
• Work extensively onObject-Oriented ABAP, interfaces, reports, and enhancements.
• Develop and implement solutions usingEnhancement Framework, BADIs, Interactive Reporting, and OOPS concepts.

Project Management

• Develop the integrated project plans to determine time frame, procedures for accomplishing projects

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, information systems, technology, engineering are preferred.

• At least 4 years of experience in IT Project Management role and 6 years total professional experience

Android Developer:

Our Android stack includes Java and libGDX, the code base is designed using Clean Architecture.  It is a multi module application and supports both 'application' and 'library' project mode.

EXPECTATIONS:

● Writing efficient android code in Java and Kotlin following Clean Architecture guidelines

● Tracing, benchmarking and profiling android java code

● Familiarity with popular android libraries/methods like Dagger2, RxJava2, OkHTTP.

● Familiarity with latest android platform changes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Work closely with our product and design teams to customize the Poker experience across our  vendor platforms.

● Prototype new and redesign features

● Strong coding abilities and experience with Kotlin, Java and Android SDK

● A focus on UI design principles, hardware acceleration and making games work intuitively

● Contribute best-in-class programming skills to develop highly innovative, consumer-facing

mobile products.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

● Experience of building Android applications/Games in Java or Kotlin using Android SDK (Kotlin preferred)

● Good knowledge of Kotlin, Dagger2 and RxJava2 is a great plus

● Strong understanding of object-oriented software development

● Understanding of large and complex code bases, including API design techniques to help keep them clean and maintainable.

● Programming experience using any game engine (libGDX preferred)
