We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Developer who will take complete ownership of all Service Cloud development activities—ranging from design and configuration to customization, integration, and deployment. Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in Service Cloud setup and customization including console configuration, case management, omni-channel routing, and knowledge management.
