Key Responsibilities:

• Assistance in Compliance with all applicable corporate laws including but not limited to the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable regulations.
• Drafting of Board and General meetings minutes, organizing and preparing notices, agenda and minutes, etc. of meetings, ESOP grant letters, maintaining and updating all statutory books, registers, records, filings of forms, returns, documents, on interface with ROC, NSE and other regulatory bodies.
• Responsible for ensuring practice of good corporate governance and upholding highest standards of ethics, integrity and compliance.
• Going through regulatory updates and preparation of summary thereof
• Working on Process drafting, drafting of compliance calendar, creation of calendar events and checklists.
• Learning about Financial and IT control processes and help in implementation of their audit trails.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Qualification: Qualified CS
• Experience: At Least two years experience in a public listed company
• Key Skills: Strong subject knowledge, Highest Ethical Standard, Result oriented, Team Worker, Interpersonal skills.
• Candidate must take ownership of outcomes

Role:  Java Plugin Developer

• Sound knowledge and hands-on experience in building a software application using Java 
• Proficient in Core Java (OOPs, Design Patterns, Stream API, Multithreading, Generics).
• Good understanding of OSGi,Eclipse RCP and Plugin development

   3+ years of experience in deployment, monitoring, tuning, and administration of high concurrency MySQL production databases.

• Solid understanding of writing optimized SQL queries on MySQL databases
• Understanding of AWS, VPC, networking, security groups, IAM, and roles.
• Expertise in scripting in Python or Shell/Powershell
• Must have experience in large scale data migrations
• Excellent communication skills.

• Own and implement features used by large customers like Truecaller, Mozilla, Zomato, Netflix, etc.
• Performance, Security and Usability goals are in DNA.
• Full ownership and accountability of Microservices which includes day-to-day operations and maintenance.
• Business and technical Metric definitions and reviews.

• Perform push-button deployments of any version of the software to any environment on demand.
• Design and build web apps that are scalable and puts user experience front and center.
• Develop modular UI components for company-wide reuse.
• Evolve a common design language for UI across apps.
• Establish and advocate front-end coding guidelines.
• Meld UX and great-looking UI while keeping excellent code quality.
• Own end-to-end life cycle of the product from requirement analysis, design, development, test, release, and maintenance.
• Develop reusable tools/libraries
• Identify opportunities for automation and collaboration points.

• 4 - 6 years of experience in large-scale distributed systems.
• Proficient in Python/Golang/Java/ http://node.js/">Node.js

• Understanding of Rest based API Architecture
• Writing high-performance, reliable and maintainable code.

• Good knowledge of database structures, theories, principles, and practices.  
• Experience working with AWS components [EC2, S3, RDS, SQS, ECS, Lambda].
