Required Skills 

1) Good experience in Angular/React

• Leading the engineering team  and federated suites.
• Helping define Technical Roadmap and own the entire product delivery end to end.
• Working very closely with various business stakeholders to drive the execution of multiple business plans and technologies for the team.
• Improving, optimizing and identifying opportunities for efficient software development processes.
• Hiring, Developing and Retaining a strong team of engineers.

• 7-9 years of experience with Java development, Spring Boot. Minimum 5+ years of managing high performance development team(s).
• Strong knowledge of REST and micro services based design.
• Experience across the product development SDLC with solving customer problem approaches.
• Prior product engineering leadership in Identity and Access Management solutions is a big plus.

About KAFQA

We’re a technology-enabled performing arts learning startup currently in stealth mode. Our
mission is to transform the way India learns & creates performing arts. Our target public launch date is April. Our launch services consist of technology-enabled dance classes in our proprietary studios, production facilities, and social media broadcasting & competitions.
Founding Team.
The founder is Shariq Plasticwala. He is a graduate of IIT Bombay & Stanford GSB. He was part of the founding team of Amazon India where he played a key role for over 8 years. Among his roles at Amazon, he was the CEO of Amazon’s first joint venture in India and a Board Member of Amazon’s payments business. The other members of the founding team are experienced senior leaders from Shiamak Davar’s & Byju’s.

Role
The responsibilities of the role are per the below:
● Managing & monitoring system performance and ensuring reliability and availability
● Installing, configuring and maintaining operating systems, application software
● Anticipating & troubleshooting systems related issues
● Continual maintenance of security, including backup and redundancy strategies
● Liaising with 3rd party vendors, IT providers, etc. for support where required
● Providing Level 2 and 3 support
The role is based in Bangalore, India. The role will be required to work out of the office in

Experience, Qualifications & Person Type
The ideal candidate is someone who –
● 2+ years of experience in Managing system
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Can wear multiple hats.
● Possess a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
● Have prior experience as a Systems Engineer
● Experience in supporting multiple applications and network environments
● Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting live streaming based environments
● You also have good experience in performance tuning of application stacks such as zoom and OBS
● You are proficient in automated operation and maintenance, monitoring tools and automated deployment tools
● Experience with virtualization and containerization
● You possess good analytical & debugging skills

• Team player with Good Communication Skills • Design, development and deployment of Remedy 9.x with ARS IT Service Management 9.x (ITSM 9.x) out-of-box applications using filters, forms, workflow, active links and any other interface or internal process need. • Performs ITSM Architecture Support Reviews, validates and revises the System Architecture Document for Remedy 7.6.04, 8.x based on the ITSM requirements. • Provides engineering support for the BMC Remedy family of products to include Remedy AR Developer Studio, Service Desk(IM), Change Management(CM), Service Level Management(SLM), Knowledge Management, Service Request Management(SRM). • Performs software maintenance as required for the Development environment, the Functional Quality Testing FQT on System Integration Testing (SIT) environment, and the Production environment. • Makes configuration changes as necessary and make administrative changes to include but not limited to updates to foundations data, roles and permissions. • Responsibility includes design, development, testing, and deployment as required and stated in the current System Development Life Cycle SDLC process, standard and policy said by process owners. • Diagnose and remediate issues as required within the Remedy ITSM Change and Service Management. • Should have knowledge on preparing HLD, LLD, Use Case diagrams and Process documents. • Provide excellent troubleshooting skills to drive non-scan issues to identify root cause and provide creative suggestions to resolving the issues. • Ensure the performance of the system especially during the operations & data integration by optimizing the design and implementation.
