Job Description

Position: Data Engineer

Experience: Experience 5+ years of relevant experience

Location :  WFO (3 days working) Pune – Kharadi, NCR – Gurgaon , Bangalore

Employment Type:  contract for 3 months-Can be extended basis performance and future requirements

Skills Required:

 • Proficiency in SQL, AWS, data integration tools like Airflow or equivalent. Knowledge on using tools like JIRA, GitHub, etc. 

 • Data Engineer who will be able to work on the data management activities and orchestration processes.

• Daily coordination with consultant / clinic head basis of the treatment advised by them.
• Helps patient to understand the value of treatment (Convincing patient to commit to treatment)   
• Explain the tariff of the respective procedures/investigations to patients in detail and upselling the packages
• Maintain counselor reports daily (Advice, Conversion and Patient-wise data).
• Coordinating with finance department (Invoices, Getting Discount Approval, Billing).
• Establishing a tone of empathy that helps to resolve any patient complaints or conflicts.
• Follow up with patients at all stages.
• Doctor for life - Responsible for long term relationship management with the patient.

- Ability to effectively handle Enterprise sales and manage relationships at various levels with the clients and develop long-term relationships.

Skills / Competencies

• 3+ years of Agile product/project management experience in delivering digital or technology-based solutions
• 5+ years of experience developing applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST Micro Services and Cloud Technologies
• 2 or more engagements as a lead (scrum master, product owner, Kanban lead, etc.) on delivery or consulting projects / product based on Scrum/ Kanban framework
