Job Summary
We are building a blockchain platform focused on NFT-based records and tokenization of real-world assets (RWA). The frontend is already developed, and we are looking for a skilled Blockchain Backend Engineer to design and implement smart contracts and blockchain services.
This role involves building production-grade, verifiable blockchain systems with a strong focus on NFTs, on-chain verification, and metadata integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Phase 1 – Immediate Scope
- Design and develop NFT minting and issuance (single & batch)
- Implement NFTs linked to real-world records (certificates, titles, permits)
- Enable on-chain public verification (Token ID, Contract Address, Blockchain)
- Design and manage NFT metadata (on-chain / IPFS) with metadata locking
- Implement document hash anchoring for tamper-proof verification
- Develop public verification APIs and QR-based verification flow
- Work with at least one EVM-compatible blockchain (Polygon / Base / Ethereum L2)
Phase 2 – Nice to Have (Future Scope)
- Security token issuance with transfer restrictions
- Whitelisting and compliance-ready token flows
- Investor onboarding and agreement binding
- Distribution handling, investor data room, and referral tracking
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Solidity
- Hands-on development with ERC-721 and/or ERC-1155
- Smart contract development, testing, and deployment
- Experience with EVM blockchains
- Proficiency in Web3 libraries (ethers.js / web3.js)
- Knowledge of IPFS and on-chain data anchoring
- Ability to design secure, scalable, and verifiable blockchain architectures
Good to Have / Bonus Skills
- Experience with Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization
- Exposure to security tokens or compliance-focused Web3 platforms
- Prior work on enterprise or regulated blockchain solutions

Role Overview
- The Manager / Senior Manager – Marketplaces will be responsible for owning and scaling the brand’s presence across online marketplaces.
- This role will lead revenue growth, visibility, and profitability across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce channels.
- The role requires strong hands-on expertise in marketplace operations, performance marketing, promotions, and category growth.
- The individual will work closely with founders, supply chain, marketing, finance, and operations teams to drive sustainable marketplace performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end marketplace performance including product listings, revenue, margins, and growth targets.
- Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms.
- Drive visibility through search optimization, catalog management, and platform-led growth levers.
- Plan and execute promotions, deals, and seasonal campaigns in coordination with platform teams.
- Manage marketplace advertising, budgeting, and ROI optimization.
- Track sales performance, pricing, inventory health, and demand forecasting.
- Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure smooth fulfilment and inventory availability.
- Analyze marketplace data and consumer insights to improve conversion, ratings, and repeat purchases.

- Minimum 5+ years of overall experience in e-commerce or digital sales.
