About the role

EaseMyTrip is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Interns to support various functions

within the marketing team. This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates who want

hands-on experience across different areas of digital marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities

 Assist in writing blogs, website content, app copy, email content, and social media posts.

 Conduct basic research to support content ideas and campaign briefs.

 Help with ideation, scheduling, and posting across platforms.

 Coordinate with design teamsfor creatives and track approvals.

 Support the team with campaign monitoring, keyword research, competitor checks, and

basic reporting.

 Assist in tracking spends, creatives, and performance dashboards.

 Help with email/SMS/push notification campaign setup and QA.

 Track user segments, campaign performance, and communication calendars.

 Maintain trackers, collate data, and support campaign documentation.

 Assist in cross-team coordination and routine admin tasks.

Qualifications:

 Students in their final year or recent graduates (Marketing, Mass Comm, Business, or related

fields).

 Strong interest in digital marketing, content, or brand communication.

 Good written and verbal communication skills.

 Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital channels.

 Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets.

 Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.

The Installation Technician is responsible for on-site installation, assembly, and fitting of company products (such as wardrobes, kitchens, furniture, fixtures, or equipment) as per design specifications and quality standards. The role ensures timely completion of installations while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

· Carry out installation, assembly, and fitting of products (wardrobes, kitchens, sliding doors, fixtures, etc.) at customer sites.

· Read and interpret layout drawings, installation plans, and design specifications.

· Ensure all installations are completed as per company standards, within the given timelines.

· Conduct pre-installation checks, including site measurements and readiness verification.

· Handle tools, materials, and equipment responsibly and ensure proper maintenance.

· Coordinate with the project manager, designer, and client for smooth execution.

· Perform finishing work such as adjustments, alignment, and final inspection.

· Report any site issues, damages, or delays immediately to the supervisor.

· Follow all safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work area.

· Provide on-site service support and rectify installation-related issues if required.

• Provide Tier 2/3 technical product support to internal and external stakeholders.

• PL ownership: Drive and ensure 100% achievement of the targeted sales numbers of the category. 
• Ensure Profitability by negotiating the best category margins, securing marketing support from brands, and focusing on delivering the budgeted top-line and bottom-line.
• Assortment planning: Ensure we have a competitive catalog compared to other players across brands and sub-categories. 
• Customer Experience: Anticipate and create solutions for customer pain points. Should be able to resolve customer escalation and deliver on the expected NPS for the category. 
• Category marketing: Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly calendars  Have joint marketing plans signed off with partner brands, execute the plan in coordination with the internal team
• Operational efficiency: Work with cross-functional teams like CS, Finance, Sales to ensure a smooth functioning system and to be able to deliver on the required set of parameters measured across each function
• Working with customers and merchandisers and finding new ways of expanding product categories.
• Responsible for demand and supply planning both sides of the business and planning marketing and sales strategies for the category growth.
• Joint Planning with Product / Sales and Marketplace team: Work closely with the marketplace team to ensure sufficient visibility to our products and jointly participate in the marketing events conducted on the platform.

1. 2-7 years of experience in global category roles, preferably digital categories.
2. Hands-on in Sales, Operations, and Category Management.
3. Strong analytical aptitude in problem-solving, multi-tasker, critical thinker, and a tactical executioner with a proven track record of finding solutions to business problems.
4. Good communication skills / Good analytical skills along with sales/marketing knowledge.
5. MBA from reputed colleges would be preferred

• Design, develop and maintain automation framework, system, and functional test suites and contribute to Database platform development.
