About the Role:
As a Client Servicing Executive, you will be the primary point of contact between our clients and the internal digital marketing team. You will ensure campaigns run smoothly, deadlines are met, and clients receive timely, clear updates.
- Act as the client liaison for planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns
- Oversee campaign timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
- Proactively monitor client satisfaction and address concerns promptly

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular, proactive communication
- Understand client marketing goals and translate them into coordinated digital deliverables
- Track project progress, ensure timely execution, and keep stakeholders informed of status and risks
