• 7+ years of expertise in Node, SaaS (Must have)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Revit Engineer / Revit Modeler to join our engineering and design team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Autodesk Revit and be capable of creating accurate 3D models, engineering drawings, and project documentation. Candidates with hands-on Revit experience will be strongly preferred. Professionals proficient in AutoCAD or similar drafting software and willing to learn Revit are also encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and design teams to deliver high-quality models and technical documentation while ensuring compliance with project standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

3D Modeling & Design

Develop accurate and detailed 3D models using Autodesk Revit.

Prepare engineering drawings, general arrangement drawings, layouts, and detailed construction documentation.

Create shop drawings and fabrication drawings as per project requirements.

Generate sections, elevations, schedules, and detailed views from Revit models.

Ensure models comply with project specifications, design standards, and quality requirements.

Technical Documentation

Prepare and maintain technical drawings, design layouts, and project documentation.

Update and revise drawings based on client feedback, engineering changes, and project requirements.

Produce drawing packages for construction and project execution.

Maintain drawing revisions and document control procedures.

Project Coordination

Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, and project stakeholders.

Participate in design review meetings and coordinate interdisciplinary requirements.

Resolve design clashes and coordinate model updates with project teams.

Ensure timely completion of assigned modeling and drafting tasks.

Quality Assurance

Perform quality checks on models and drawings before submission.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.

Review drawings for completeness, dimensions, annotations, and detailing.

Maintain organized project files and documentation.

Documentation & Reporting

Generate schedules, material take-offs, and supporting design documentation.

Maintain project records and update drawing registers.

Support project managers with documentation during project execution.

Assist in preparing reports and technical submissions whenever required.

Required Skills

Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit.

Experience in developing detailed 3D models and engineering drawings.

Good understanding of technical drawings, construction drawings, and shop drawings.

Knowledge of BIM workflows and documentation standards.

Ability to interpret engineering and architectural drawings.

Familiarity with AutoCAD will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

We are seeking a hands-on Senior SEO & Digital Growth Specialist to drive organic traffic, qualified leads, and online visibility. This role covers technical SEO, WordPress, HTML/CSS, landing pages, portal building, local SEO, AEO, GEO, digital PR, link building, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

SEO and Website Management

• Develop and execute SEO strategies focused on rankings, traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Conduct technical audits using Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.
• Manage crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, sitemaps, redirects, canonical tags, robots.txt, hreflang, and schema.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, search-intent mapping, and content gap analysis.
• Build and maintain SEO-friendly pages using HTML, CSS, WordPress, Elementor, Gutenberg, and basic JavaScript.

Local SEO, AEO and GEO

• Optimise Google Business Profile, local citations, reviews, NAP consistency, service areas, and location pages.
• Develop Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) strategies for featured snippets, People Also Ask, voice search, zero-click results, and AI-generated answers.
• Structure content using direct answers, FAQs, headings, lists, tables, and relevant schema markup.
• Optimise content for Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT Search, Perplexity, Gemini, and other generative search platforms.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Surfer, or Frase for research, content briefs, clustering, SERP analysis, and workflow automation.

Digital PR and Link Building

• Acquire quality backlinks through digital PR, guest posting, broken-link building, unlinked mentions, partnerships, and expert contributions.
• Build relationships with journalists, editors, publishers, bloggers, and industry websites.
• Manage outreach campaigns, guest-posting budgets, publisher quality checks, and backlink reporting.
• Follow white-hat practices; no PBNs, link farms, spam networks, or manipulative links.

Analytics and Reporting

• Manage GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and related tools.
• Track traffic, rankings, AEO/GEO visibility, leads, conversions, backlinks, Core Web Vitals, and local performance.

Requirements

We're seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to ensure product feature quality through meticulous test design, automation, and result analysis. Collaborate closely with developers to optimize test coverage, resolve bugs, and streamline project delivery.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the quality of product feature development.

Test Design: Understand the necessary functionalities and implementation strategies for straightforward feature development. Inspect code changes, identify key test scenarios and impact areas, and create a thorough test plan.

Test Automation: Work with developers to build reusable test scripts. Review unit/functional test scripts, and aim to maximize test coverage to minimize manual testing, using Python.

Test Execution and Analysis: Monitor test results and identify areas lacking in test coverage. Address these areas by creating additional test scripts and deliver transparent test metrics to the team.

Support & Bug Fixes: Handle issues reported by customers and aid in bug resolution.

Collaboration: Participate in project planning and execution with the team for efficient project delivery.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or a related field, with a genuine interest in software quality assurance, issue detection, and analysis.

2-5 years of solid experience in software testing, with a focus on automation. Proficiency in using a defect tracking system, Code repositories & IDEs.

A good grasp of programming languages like Python/Java/Javascript. Must be able to understand and write code.
