Microsoft D365 Business Central Functional Specialist/Analyst

P&L Ownership: Lead and manage end-to-end marketing budgets, CAC, LTV, and contribution margins.

Strategy Development: Design and implement 360° marketing strategies across digital, performance, brand, influencer, CRM, and offline retail.

Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and scale a team of channel experts across media, content, performance, and growth.

Channel Optimization: Oversee performance marketing (Meta, Google, Amazon), SEO, email/SMS, and affiliate to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Brand & Content: Work closely with the brand and creative teams to define positioning, campaigns, and brand storytelling across platforms.

Campaign Planning: Lead monthly and quarterly marketing calendar aligned to business goals and product launches.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with founders, supply chain, product, and ecommerce teams to ensure seamless execution and brand alignment

Reporting & Insights: Drive marketing analytics, dashboards, and reporting for continuous improvement.

The key aspects of this role:

• Candidate with exceptional programming skills, problem-solving abilities and strong work ethic.

• The candidate has to work on custom programming and web application development for Drupal.

• Testing, maintenance and troubleshooting of existing company sites and resolving issues if any.

• Contributing ideas and efforts towards internal projects and working as part of a team to find solutions on various problems.

• Communicate technical ideas to business users and other teams (design, QA).

• Collaborate with team members and to work independently when needed.

• Eager to embrace current and emerging web technologies.

To be the right fit, you'll need:

• Experience of total 4+ years working on PHP and Drupal 7,8 Development (at least 2+ years in Drupal 8)

• Strong knowledge of MySQL, jQuery, HTML5, CSS

• Experience with Drupal architecture, best practices and coding standards

• Knowledge on Views, Services etc.

• Experience in custom module and theme creation

• Familiar with sub version control systems such as Git or SVN

• Basic knowledge of environment setup for Linux distribution

About the role –

● Counsel students over the phone for admissions in UG & PG Courses.

● Assist learners in forms filling for admission.

● Guide students to take admission in our partner colleges as per the assigned targets.

● Have a direct access to the colleges SPOC as & when required & help in admission conversion process. Maintain daily MIS on

the calls & walk-ins (if any)

As a Software Engineer - Frontend you’ll be part of the Frontend team, implementing beautiful web designs made by our designers to keep both our site and the internal web-based tools we use fresh and up to date on top of working on new projects alongside this, there is always something new and interesting to work on. 

Your Team Mates

The frontend team consists of both our frontend developers and designers, we work closely with all parts of the business to create tools that vary across the whole company, from the publishing team to create a portal for people to submit games, the marketing team on things like our website, all the way to our internal teams for things like administration and analytics.

What Does The Job Actually Involve?

• Implementing designs for our website/web tools created by our design team

• Create and update interactive interfaces used throughout the company

Your Hard Skills

• Minimum 2 years browser-based programming experience

• A proven track record of programming high quality and innovative web pages using Javascript, HTML5 & CSS3 and relevant frameworks (ideally ReactJS but could also be others e.g. AngularJS, NodeJS, Handlebars, jquery, gulp)

• An excellent working knowledge of various programming languages, databases and scripting tools including at least one of bash, MySQL, CouchBase, Python, Java, C#, JSP, PHP

• A creative mindset motivated by challenges and constantly striving for the best

• Interest in mobile games
