Role Overview

PlotPix is building an AI native microdrama platform for mobile first, vertical storytelling. We create emotionally addictive, binge worthy fiction designed for short episode formats and fast audience payoff.

We are looking for a creative Story Writer who can create stories people feel compelled to continue. This is not a pure script formatting role. We already use AI heavily for speed and execution. What we need most is a strong creative mind with sharp instinct for storytelling, emotional progression, character build up, audience pull, narrative rhythm, and what makes a viewer care.

You should be someone who can take a rough idea and turn it into a compelling story engine. Someone who naturally thinks in terms of tension, reversals, chemistry, obsession, secrets, payoffs, emotional spikes, and binge flow.

This role is for people who are excited by new **storytelling formats, can adapt to new audiences quickly, and can use AI as a multiplier rather than as a crutch. **

What You’ll Do

• Create original microdrama story concepts with strong audience appeal
• Build lead characters viewers get emotionally invested in, root for, obsess over, hate, or can’t ignore
• Design high retention story arcs with clear emotional movement across episodes
• Shape narration flow, emotional flow, reveals, reversals, cliffhangers, and payoff moments
• Develop stories that feel highly bingeable in a short form vertical format
• Explore multiple creative directions for the same premise and identify the strongest one
• Adapt stories across genres, tones, and audience segments based on brief, platform need, or viewer response
• Work with AI tools to accelerate ideation, expansion, variation, and iteration
• Push past generic ideas and predictable beats to find fresher, sharper story turns
• Collaborate closely with directors, editors, and creative leads to refine stories from concept to final narrative
• Rewrite with intent, not just polish. Improve emotional impact, clarity, pace, and viewer pull
• Continuously learn what works for new formats, new markets, and changing audience tastes

Ideal Candidate You may come from fiction writing, screenwriting, web series, audio drama, serialised content, fan fiction communities, creator writing rooms, ad films, narrative design, or any form of storytelling where audience pull matters.

Nice to Have

• Experience in short form fiction, web series, episodic storytelling, romance, thriller, drama, or youth content
• Understanding of Gen Z and young adult entertainment patterns
• Familiarity with cliffhanger design, binge loops, and retention driven storytelling
• Experience using AI tools for brainstorming, iteration, or story development
• Comfort working in a fast paced creative environment with frequent iteration

Experience We are open on background. Years matter less than story instinct. You could be a fit if you have: 1 to 2 years in fiction, screenplay, episodic, digital, or narrative writing or A strong portfolio that shows exceptional storytelling ability, even without conventional experience

Growth Marketing Lead (SEO-led)

We are hiring a Growth Marketing Lead

Primary anchor channel: SEO. Secondary: content, outbound lead gen, analytics, CRO, competitor intelligence. Paid ads are supportive, not primary.

Location: Bangalore, in office. 

Budget: INR 8-15 lakh CTC

Level: Senior individual contributor, 4-6 years of experience ideal.

Experience

• 4-6 years in B2B SaaS or tech marketing

• Has worked at a funded SaaS startup or a serious agency with SaaS clients
• Has owned a full funnel at least once, not just executed one channel under someone else

Skills: Must-Have

• Strong hands-on SEO: intent mapping, topical clusters, technical SEO, backlinks
• Content strategy and editing (written English strong enough for US audiences)
• GA4 and Google Search Console fluency (can build dashboards and read data)
• Cold outbound execution with modern tools (Apollo, Instantly, Clay, Smartlead)
• Competitor teardown ability (SEO, positioning, pricing)
• AI-native: uses Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity daily for research, content acceleration, workflow automation

Skills: Good-to-Have

• Paid ads literacy (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) - enough to brief an agency
• HubSpot or similar CRM configuration
• CRO experimentation experience
• Basic familiarity with SQL, Zapier, or no-code automation

AEM Sites Developer

Pattem Digital Technologies is looking for a highly effective Adobe Experience manager(AEM) Developer to join our team. This person will utilize best practices and methodologies to design and implement the best solution for our clients. This key member of our team contributes to the entire software development lifecycle including analysis, requirement specification, use case and data modeling, technical design, development, testing, and implementation. This individual will be focused on delivering assigned tasks and/or specific tracks of the solution on time, escalating issues when appropriate as well as educating and leading others in the form of code reviews, workshops, and documentation.

Know your work :

• Build and maintain solutions for AEM (Sites, Assets). 
• Work in Agile Methodology - be part of Sprint Ceremonies, provide accurate estimates for assigned development Stories & deliver on time. 
• Follow Best and Recommended Practices while implementing solutions. 
• Ensure Code Quality, Readability, Maintainability and Security. 
• Coordinate with multiple teams (Ex: UI/QA) for any dependencies. 
• Write JUnit Test Cases for Unit Testing 
• Communicate with customer teams on requirements effectively. 
• Manage customer expectations of response time and issue resolution 
• Troubleshoot and reproduce the technical problems reported by customers and define workarounds.

What you need to apply :

• Good understanding of UI technologies like JQuery, Java Script, HTML 5, CSS. 
• Good understanding of backend technologies like Java EE, Servlets, JSP, Tag libraries, and JSTL skills, combined with a good understanding of Enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot and Hibernate.
