Experience Range: 5-8 Years

Role: Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React for frontend and Python (fast API/Flask/Django) for backend.
• Work with databases such as SQL, Postgres and MongoDB to design and manage robust data structures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and fix bottlenecks and bugs.

·      Others: AWS, Snowflake, Azure, JIRA, CI/CD pipelines 

Key Requirements:

• React: Extensive experience in building complex frontend applications.
• Must to Have: Experience with Python (FAST API/ FLASK/ DJANGO).
• Required cloud experience – AWS OR Azure
• Experience with databases like SQL Postgres and MongoDB.
• Basic understanding of Data Fabric – Good to have
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Must-Have Skills

• 1–5 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS Support
• Strong written & spoken English
• Comfort working with dashboards, data, and tools
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple business language
• High ownership mindset — “this customer is mine”

Good to Have

• Experience with SaaS products in CX, CRM, MarTech, or Local SEO
• Familiarity with Google Business Profile, reviews, or WhatsApp APIs
• Experience handling multi-location or enterprise customers
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, or data sync issues

Designing and developing advanced applications for the Android platform

Unit-testing code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

Bug fixing and improving application performance

1. Good experience in react components, hooks and state.
2. Experiences in the implementation of responsive web layouts
3. Ability to discuss and explain design options.
4. Good experience with HTML5 & CSS3, Bootstrap Good understanding of JavaScript.
5. JavaScript libraries and CSS frameworks are preferred.

• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• The candidate will be responsible to handle the entire cycle of recruitment and selection under the guidance of Head - HR inclusive of the following but not limiting to:.
• Source/ Screen candidates from job portals and other forums.

• 5+ or more years of professional experience with strong working expertise in Agile environments
• Deep knowledge in managing Linux servers.
• Managing Windows servers(Not Mandatory).
• Manage Web servers (Apache, Nginx).
• Manage Application servers.
• Strong background & experience in any one scripting language (Bash, Python)
• Manage firewall rules.
• Perform root cause analysis for production errors.
• Basic administration of MySQL, MSSQL.
• Ready to learn and adapt to business requirements.
• Manage information security controls with best practises and processes.
• Support business requirements beyond working hours.
• Ensuring highest uptimes of the services.
• Monitoring resource usages.

Skills/Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering or a relevant field.
• Experience with Linux-based infrastructures, Linux/Unix administration.
• Knowledge in managing databases such as My SQL, MS SQL.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash.
• Knowledge in open-source technologies and cloud services like AWS, Azure is a plus. Candidates willing to learn will be preferred.
• Experience in managing web applications.
