As an AI Engineer, you’ll be part of a high-caliber engineering team building next-gen AI systems that:

• Power robust APIs and platforms used by underwriters, credit analysts, and financial institutions.
• Build and integrate GenAI agents.
• Enable “human-in-the-loop” workflows for high-assurance decisions in real-world conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize ML/DL models for document understanding, classification, and summarization.
• Apply LLMs and RAG techniques for validation, search, and question-answering tasks.
• Design and maintain data pipelines for structured and unstructured inputs (PDFs, OCR text, JSON, etc.).
• Package and deploy models as REST APIs or microservices in production environments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into existing products and workflows.
• Continuously monitor and retrain models to ensure reliability and performance.
• Stay updated on emerging AI frameworks, architectures, and open-source tools; propose improvements to internal systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development, fine-tuning, and building ML solutions.
• Strong Python proficiency with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Solid understanding of transformers, embeddings, and NLP pipelines.
• Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and frameworks like LangChain.
• Exposure to OCR, document parsing, and unstructured text analytics.
• Familiarity with model serving, APIs, and microservice architectures (FastAPI, Flask).
• Working knowledge of Docker, cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong grasp of data preprocessing, evaluation metrics, and model validation workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving ability, structured thinking, and clean, production-ready coding practices.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer with over 3 years of experience in designing and developing web-based applications using Node.js.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications using Node.js.
• Build scalable, high-performance RESTful APIs using Express.js or Restify frameworks.
• Develop and maintain robust SQL database systems, leveraging Sequelize ORM.
• Ensure responsiveness of applications across various devices and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during the product development lifecycle, including prototyping, hardening, and testing phases.
• Work with real-time communication technologies and ensure seamless integration.
• Learn and adapt to alternative technologies as needed to meet project requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in web application development using Node.js.
• Proficiency with frameworks such as Express.js or Restify.
• Strong expertise in SQL databases and experience with Sequelize ORM.
• In-depth understanding of JavaScript, browser technologies, and real-time communication.
• Hands-on experience in developing responsive web applications.
• Experience with React Native (a plus).
• Proficiency in Java.
• Familiarity with product development lifecycle, including prototyping, testing, and deployment.

Additional Skills & Experience

• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.
• Knowledge of internationalization (i18n) and latest UI/UX design trends.
• Familiarity with JavaScript libraries/frameworks like ReactJS or VueJS.
• Experience integrating payment gateways for various countries.
• Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate group discussions effectively.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and Agentforce.

- Hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and API integrations.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.

- Experience with Agentforce implementation, including AI-driven insights, guided selling, and workflow automation.

- Salesforce certifications preferred: Platform Developer I/II, CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud Consultant, or Agentforce certification (if available).

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Agentforce and Experience Cloud.

- Experience with DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or Git for release management.

• Extensive experience in designing, building & supporting Azure Managed Services Operations.
• Good understanding of Azure IaaS and PaaS services (Azure VMs, App Service, VM Scale set, Storage, Web App, Function App, Logic App, SQL instance, Data factory, Key vault, API management service etc.).
• Good understanding of Azure networking, vNet, NSG, various load balancing services, VPN, Express Route and firewalls in cloud environment.

• Knowledge on Azure Devops or GIT Actions on CI/CD pipeline configuration.
• Strong experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Microsoft based production systems.
• Aspire to learn and be able to pick up latest technical advances in Azure and be able to implement it.
• Certificate on Azure Administrator & Azure Architect has added advantage.

Knowledge & Experience required:

·        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent degree.

·        7 years of development experience as a seasoned Java developer

·        7 years of experience in developing enterprise applications using enterprise Java 8 and has worked both on Web and Server side technologies.

·        A strong Java Backend Developer with Core Java 8, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST Web-services.

·        Expertise in Java Unit Testing Frameworks and tools such as JUnit, TestNG, Mockito etc.

·        As a Senior developer, must be comfortable switching tasks between Web Services, APIs, Batch Job engine or Web Development.

·        Passionate Java developer who is also a problem solver and has a very good understanding of core and advanced Java concepts.

·        Good understanding of database and data fundamentals in SQL Server 2017, Oracle and NoSql databases.

·        Good understanding of Web Service concepts and experience building RESTful services is required.
