Key Responsibilities:

1.   Data Strategy and Vision:

·       Develop and drive the company's data analytics strategy, aligning it with overall business goals.

·       Define the vision for data analytics, outlining clear objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure success.

2.   Data Analysis and Interpretation:

·       Oversee the analysis of complex datasets to extract valuable insights, trends, and patterns.

·       Utilize statistical methods and data visualization techniques to present findings in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

3.   Data Infrastructure and Tools:

·       Evaluate, select, and implement advanced analytics tools and platforms to enhance data processing and analysis capabilities.

·       Collaborate with IT teams to ensure a robust and scalable data infrastructure, including data storage, retrieval, and security protocols.

4.   Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

·       Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to identify opportunities for data-driven optimizations.

·       Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring effective communication of data insights and recommendations.

5.   Performance Measurement:

·       Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the impact of data analytics initiatives on business outcomes.

·       Continuously assess and improve the accuracy and relevance of analytical models and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in data analytics, with a focus on leading analytics teams and driving strategic initiatives.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, and advanced knowledge of data visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and predictive modelling techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex findings to diverse audie

Sales and Revenue Generation:

● Lead the sales process from prospecting to closure, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.

Market Research and Analysis:

● Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and new business opportunities within the domestic digital marketing landscape.

Client Relationship Management:

● Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and providing exceptional customer service.

Online Media Planning and Presentations:

Lead Management:

• Implementation Experience on Avaya Aura UC Portfolio – Communication Manager, Messaging, Session Manager, System Manager, AES, SBCE, Utility Services, ADS, AADS, AMS, Avaya Control Manager and advance level troubleshooting to make project cut-overs successful.
• Implementation Experience on Avaya Aura CC Portfolio – AAEP, DSS, BRE, POM, CMS, WFO, AWFO, Breeze, Oceana and advance level troubleshooting to make project cut-overs successful.
• Works with the customer on recurring alarms that trigger in the PBX and provides plan of action to isolate the defect in PBX/Network - Problem Management
• Session Manager/System Manager (SIP server) administration and routing configuration
• Session Border Controller administration and configuration
• Session Border Controller to Session Manager Routing configuration
• Works with the onsite system technician as required during test and turn-up of phones, application servers, and adjuncts
• Works with Service Provider for circuit turn-up activities and other issues associated with the maintenance activity
• Troubleshooting intermittent Server restarts, Call drops and Network-triggered voice quality issues that require traces to be setup at multiple end-points and deep analysis of all collected traces to come up with resolution plan
• SIP Link restoration and troubleshooting that require set up and analysis of SIP traces
• Troubleshooting Call flow Routing and Adaptation between SIP Server and Session Border Controller
• Troubleshooting Voice quality issues (Static, Jitter, Robotic voice, Latency) over WAN using Sniffer and Network traces

We are looking for seasoned technical leaders from .NET background with experience in building cloud-based web applications and products. The role involves understanding business requirements, customer problems, architecting the appropriate solutions that are secure, scalable, high performing and testable.

Requirements: 

• Passion for building and delivering great software with a strong sense of ownership, while working closely with juniorteam members.
• 6+ years of experience in building web applications using ASP.NET MVC and .NET platform in general.
• Experience of architecting and designing web applications and services
• Experience in building applications on .NET Core, is a great plus
• Should have strong UI development skills using HTML, CSS/JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong experience with Build and Release, Agile processes and Estimation/Planning
