Experience: 2-7 years in IT Recruitment

Work location: Pune (Kalyani Nagar) 

Work Time: 10 am – 7 pm (Monday to Saturday)

Job Profile/ Responsibility:

• Sourcing candidates of suitable caliber from various job portals. 
• The recruiter is responsible for assessing and short-listing candidates through a systematic and multi-layered approach to create a pool of eligible candidates for Job Dost Client Organizations.
• Carrying out the prescribed Assessment for the candidates and identifying profiles as per client expectation as per job roles.
• Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews, online assessments, coding tests for candidates.
• Maintain database of candidates in JobDost portal and also ensuring all applicants are routed through JobDost platform from interview schedule to offer
• Performing background and reference checks.

Job Requirement:

For the successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:

• Hands-on experience in hiring positions like SAP consultants, System/Cloud Architect, Front/Backend Developer, React, Java/J2EE Developers, .Net Engineers, ASP.Net, C#.Net, VB.Net, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field. Handling candidates in Information Technology is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of prior experience as a Recruiter
• Experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Experience with various sourcing methods
• Experience with conducting Assessments
• Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills

Your present skillset

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as data science, statistics, mathematics, physics or engineering.

Job Description:

• Develop, test, and maintain applications to specified designs & standards in Laravel.
• Develop & implement modern web services using service-oriented architecture, RESTful APIs, and SOAP.
• Write and execute unit tests.
• Implement front-end interfaces & experiences with modern HTML/CSS/jQuery.
• Test, troubleshoot, and optimize application components for maximum speed, security, stability, and scalability.

Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in Laravel.
• Experience in Core PHP using MVC Architecture.
• Ability to write APIs including Restful APIs.
• Knowledge of database operations with MySQL/MariaDB, Stored procedures.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, etc.).
• Knowledge and experience of OOPS.
• Knowledge of engineering practices like CI-CD.
• Strong documentation, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Working knowledge of Lumen (preferred).
• Must have full knowledge of latest version of Laravel & PHP

We are looking for an ASP.NET MVC developer that will be able to develop and support existing applications. The main scope of work will include everything from back-end to client-side code, using optimal and efficient technologies, frameworks, and patterns. Your primary responsibilities will be to design and develop these applications. Therefore, it’s essential that you are skilled at problem solving, solution design, and high-quality coding.

SKILLS:

Must have:

1) Good command over any programming (C#, JavaScript)

3) Strong experience in implementing design patterns.

Good to have:

1) Hands on experience working on Dockers.

2) Experience on CI/CD Pipeline with Azure devops.

7) Dependency injection pattern and IoC containers using at least one of: Autofac, SimpleInjector

8) Writing tests with ( NUnit | XUnit )

• Working knowledge of REST API designing as well as development, using Spring.
• Exposure to Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift for the microservices environment.
• Savvy with SQL and database concepts.
• Ability to use frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, etc., for implementing unit testing.
• Sound understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git/bit bucket with Maven.
• Should have worked in a CI/CD environment with TeamCity/Jenkins.
