Key Responsibilities

CI/CD and Infrastructure Automation

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support fast and reliable releases
• Automate deployments using tools such as Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes
• Improve build and release processes to support high-performance and low-latency trading applications
• Work efficiently with Linux/Unix environments

Cloud and On-Prem Infrastructure Management

• Deploy, manage, and optimize infrastructure on AWS, GCP, and on-premises environments
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and high availability
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to standardize and streamline deployments

Performance Monitoring and Optimization

• Monitor system performance and latency using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
• Implement proactive alerting and fault detection to ensure system stability
• Troubleshoot and optimize system components for maximum efficiency

Security and Compliance

• Apply DevSecOps principles to ensure secure deployment and access management
• Maintain compliance with financial industry regulations such as SEBI
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and maintain logging and audit controls

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in a software or trading environment
• Strong expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD)
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation for IaC
• Strong Linux administration and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls)
• Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
• Proficiency in scripting using Python, Bash, or Go
• Solid understanding of security best practices including IAM, encryption, and network policies

Good to Have (Optional)

• Experience with low-latency trading infrastructure or real-time market data systems
• Knowledge of high-frequency trading environments
• Exposure to FIX protocol, FPGA, or network optimization techniques
• Familiarity with Redis or Nginx for real-time data handling

Job Overview

We’re looking for a sharp and analytical Performance Marketer who thrives on numbers, experimentation, and results. You’ll manage multi-channel ad campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Email—optimizing for performance and ROI. This role requires strong command over marketing tools, excellent reporting skills, and hands-on experience managing large budgets in the B2B SaaS space.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and scale performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, WhatsApp, Email, and LinkedIn platforms.
• Manage a monthly marketing budget of ₹15 lakhs+ and ensure a high ROI through continuous testing and optimisation.
• Build and monitor full-funnel strategies—from top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-of-funnel retargeting and nurturing.
• Drive engagement and conversions through WhatsApp campaigns, leveraging automation tools and segmentation.
• Use Zoho CRM, Google Analytics, and Excel to track performance, analyze trends, and report on key metrics.
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align messaging and improve lead quality.
• Run A/B tests to optimize creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
• Create weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Qualifications & Skills

• 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, WhatsApp Campaigns, and email marketing.
• Experience with WhatsApp Business API/automation tools for outreach and engagement.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and advanced Excel reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of funnel metrics and marketing KPIs.
• Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Hotjar, or any marketing automation platforms.

• Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have a minimum 4+ YOE in B2B SaaS / Enterprise Tech sales, preferably in ERP, CAD, or Factory Automation tools.
• Mandatory (Experience 2): At least 3+ YOE selling ERP solutions or CAD Softwares.
• Mandatory (Experience 3): Proven track record in offline / field sales and experience in selling complex solutions.
• Mandatory (Tools): Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.)
• Mandatory (Company): Experience in B2B SaaS Product companies or IT/Tech Services companies.
• Mandatory (Note 1) - Total experience should not be more than 7 Years.
• Mandatory (Note 2) - Overall Expected CTC should not be more than 16L

• Preferred (Industry Fit) : Prior exposure to the Manufacturing sector (highly preferred – Garment / Textile Manufacturing).

• Drive development and delivery of top notch technology solutions to clients efficiently.
• Lead development of implementation plan, logic and modules to embed in client solutions and client discussion ready documents /presentations.
• Lead in designing, implementing, maintaining and updating applications that are often high-volume and low-latency, required for mission critical systems.
• Lead in refining and improving system stability by continuously refactoring and measuring performance.
• Drive development of actionable, clean, maintainable, testable, reusable, extensible codes, including standardization and automation of processes.
• Provide technical and functional guidance to team members through expert knowledge and hands-on support.
• Manage projects, resource utilization, time schedules and deliveries to clients.

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

• BE / BTech / ME / M Tech in engineering or MCA or similar relevant field.
• 2 to 17 years (Junior, Intermediate, Senior Role & we have multiple openings)of relevant hands-on experience and excellent knowledge of Java, Python, SQL, Relational Databases, DB schema or ORM technologies.
• Excellent knowledge and experience of building applications, platforms and services in Java, Python and MS SQL or at least two of them.
• 5 + years of experience of managing projects, team and stakeholders.
• Knowledge and experience of agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and make quality decisions in moderately to high ambiguous work environment.
• Previous work experience in financial services, especially, capital markets is preferred.
