Job Description ION’s core business model is to “License” its technology to companies who want to manufacture li-ion batteries to sell to OEMs and end customers. Each licensee is a big company with Manufacturing and Marketing capabilities to bring ION’s technology to market. A ‘Licensee Success’ team works with all the licensees. We are looking for Operations Managers who can lead our Vendor Relations, Supply Chain Licensee Success & Internal Process Optimization to make all licensees fall in love with us. Responsibilities Complete Ownership of timelines and efficiency of the Licensee Success team Onboarding of New Licensees Single Point of Contact with EMS and Vendors Set up processes that enable ION Energy add more licensees and scale sustainably Understand Technical Requirements of Licensees and work with the Engineering team to fulfill them Requirements Having the below skills / experience will help. * Enterprise infrastructure, including helping in vendor management, IT procurement * Helping maintenance, support and operations of IT infrastructure, Data center/Disaster Recovery functions * Implementing and supporting infrastructure for Business Applications like SAP, MS Dynamics, HR applications. * Architectural/functional knowledge of SAP Basis is preferred. * Managing Office 365 & other Cloud based IAAS and applications * Helping maintenance, support and operations of Office 365 and Data center functions * Management and maintenance of DC & DR Servers, Exchange, Backup, Storage, Server & OS Security. * Managing IT Infrastructure for various roll outs nationally as well as internationally through outsourced IT team * Should possess managerial skills and the ability to provide inputs for IT Budgets preparation * Vendor coordination , Bill payment and tracking and call escalation * Asset life cycle mgmt.
