Job Description

Build and maintain bots on Azure platform.  Integration with Active directory, WEB API based integration with external systems. Training and Integrate bots as per users’ requirements. Work in line with design guidelines, best practices and standards of bot deliverable. Creative approach to the conversation flow design, human aspects in the bot responses and sentiments

Qualifications

1. a) 5 years of experience in software development with clear understanding of the project life cycle
   b) Min 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure Bot Framework, LUIS and other Cognitive services offered by Azure
   c) Hands on experience with Machine Learning based chat bots
   d) Experience with Azure bot services like Text Analytics etc.
   e)Strong database skills and hands-on experience on databases like SQL Server/Oracle
2. f) Strong experience on Azure Active directory and adaptive cards integration in Chat bot.
3. g) Strong experience designing and working with

with service-oriented architectures (SOA) and WebAPIs.

1. h) A strong experience on Microsoft Azure, ASPNET / MVC and programming languages such as C#/VBNET
2. i) Knowledge of Python and NodeJS is a plus
3. j) Ability to design and optimize SQL Server 2008 stored procedures.
4. k) Experience with JQuery, CSS3, HTML5 or similar technologies.

**Job Description**

We are looking for a backend developer who specialises in Python. Your role will focus on developing and maintaining the server-side logic, optimising performance, and ensuring seamless integration with the frontend. You’ll work closely with the engineering and product teams to deliver a high-quality, secure, and scalable platform.

**Responsibilities**

1. Develop and maintain server-side logic using Python

2. Design and implement APIs for seamless integration with frontend components

3. Optimise backend performance and scalability for high traffic and large data loads

4. Build and maintain databases, ensuring security, data integrity, and optimal performance

5. Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure smooth integration between backend and frontend systems

6. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise backend infrastructure

7. Implement data protection, security protocols, and authentication mechanisms (e.g., JWT)

8. Maintain and enhance real-time communication systems using WebSockets or similar protocols

**Required Skills**

1. Strong proficiency in Python and related technologies, knowledge of databases and SQL, and experience with web frameworks like Django or FastAPI

2. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to solve problems

3. Good understanding of OOPs, task broking services, Queues, Redis

4. Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration

5. Strong understanding of database management (e.g., PostgreSQL, Redis) and caching strategies

6. Familiarity with modern authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth)

7. Proficiency in working with cloud hosting services (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.)

8. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)

9. Knowledge of real-time communication protocols (e.g., WebSockets, TCP, SSE)

10. Strong understanding of security best practices for server-side applications

11. Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines

12. Minimum of 2-3.5 years of experience building scalable backend systems

Primary Responsibilities:

• They are expected to go above and beyond their role by contributing in tools, processes and practices which bring operational efficiency and are aligned with business goals.
• They are expected to actively participate in development along with team members and create systems and modules which represent a working model of engineering best practices.
• They are expected to participate in code reviews, design reviews, architecture discussions.
• They are responsible for the Engineering metrics/health of their systems including strong alerting and monitoring mechanisms.
• They are expected to lead the adoption of best practices around coding, designing, performance of systems in a team.

Experience or Skills Required:

• B.Tech or Advanced degree in Computer Science with 6-12 years of industry experience in product based companies.
• Proficiency with Basic libraries for machine learning such as scikit-learn and pandas
• Experience in building solutions based on Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, K Nearest neighbor, SVM, Random Forest, Decision Trees.
• Strong experience with at least one of programming languages: Python, Java, Vertx, Golang
• Strong experience in building Server side reusable components based on Microservices or Distributed Architecture.
• Solid coding skills with ability to lead teams in identifying clearing tech debts for large scale code base.
• Good understanding & experience in improving performance of scalable and real time responsive applications.
• Excellent Problem Solving skills and an aptitude to approach problems from first principles and build solutions for those.
• Must have excellent communication (verbal & written), interpersonal, leadership, and problem solving skills.
