Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support via phone, email, and remote sessions
- Reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Linux systems
- Perform incident, escalation, and change management independently
- Conduct proactive problem management and root cause analysis
- Apply security patches, monitor environments for compliance, and handle disaster recovery planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve complex technical issues
- Lead and manage projects related to Knowledge Transfer (KT), Transition, and SOP creation
- Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and maintain high service levels
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and administering all Linux flavors
- Experience with Linux vulnerability assessment and mitigation
- Knowledge of Redhat Satellite, Oracle Linux Ksplice, Cluster Services, and Oracle RAC clusters
- Familiarity with SAN technologies, HP Blade Servers, Rackmount Servers, and Virtual Connect OS
- Disaster recovery planning and DR testing experience
- Experience in routine performance analysis, capacity planning, and security audits
- Proficiency with HPE Service Guard cluster on RHEL
Non-Technical Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and lead technical teams in resolving complex issues
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence customers and internal stakeholders

Eligibility & Qualifications:
