About the Internship

Nexora Group is seeking enthusiastic students interested in the Internet of Things (IoT) and Embedded Systems. This internship provides hands-on exposure to smart devices, sensor integration, microcontrollers, embedded programming, and IoT-based applications.

Interns will gain practical experience working on real-world projects involving connected devices, automation systems, data collection, and intelligent monitoring solutions while learning industry-relevant technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of IoT and Embedded Systems projects.
• Work with sensors, microcontrollers, and hardware components.
• Develop and test embedded applications.
• Collect, monitor, and analyze data from IoT devices.
• Support system integration and troubleshooting activities.
• Create technical documentation and project reports.
• Participate in project discussions and team meetings.
• Research emerging IoT and embedded technologies.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of Electronics and Embedded Systems.
• Familiarity with Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, or similar platforms.
• Basic knowledge of C, C++, or Python programming.
• Understanding of sensors, actuators, and communication protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for innovation and technology.

Eligibility

• B.Tech, M.Tech, Diploma, B.Sc., M.Sc., or related disciplines.
• Students pursuing Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, IoT, Computer Science, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Expert in Python with knowledge of Python best practices (PEP8) 
• Strong knowledge of python web frameworks such as Django, Flask • Strong knowledge of building RESTful APIs using Django Rest Framework • Good Understanding of Django ORM Libraries 
• Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system • Strong experience on Linux 
• Solid database skills in a relational database (i.e. PostgresSQL,MYSql) • Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes • Strong unit test and debugging skills 
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (git) 
• Experience deploying on AWS is desirable 
• Experience with Docker,Test Drive Development will be a plus 
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, influence and communication skills • Experience in designing scalable micro-services is desirable 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• 0-1 years of experience as a backend developer 
• At least one product build and published

• ERP Sales experience is must
• Construction ERP is a added value
• Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing software product sales in the Enterprise Division.
• Develop and implement strategy sales in the particular region to maximize growth opportunities, strengthen market share and maximum customer retention.
• Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
• Responsible for enhancing revenue, within existing and new clients, through continuous client engagement
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns, Improving sales strategy.
• Research and identify new market opportunities.
• Creates and conducts effective presentation and product demos
• Build & Strengthen market intelligence & sales analytics for identification of opportunities, effective client solutioning and deal conversion.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
• Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
• Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
• Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors.
• Create and conduct proposal and presentation based on clients’ needs and closing of orders
• Be responsible for conduct webinar about our product.
• Provide timely weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports
• Client Relationship management
• Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences

• Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of software engineering practices, Data Structures & Algorithms.
• Solid programming skills in Java/Kotlin.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Experience in Reactive programming, Asynchronous programming and Unit Testing will be an added advantage.
• 3+ years of experience in product driven organization.
• A Bachelors or master’s degree in engineering from a reputed institute (preferably IITs, NITs, or other top engineering institutes)
