Bodhee is our in-house product. We are looking for Project Managers to work with our Product team .

Responsibilities:

• Manage development of one or more Bodhee Services.

• Performing requirement analyses by interacting with BA, PM, and Architect.

• Developing high-level and detailed designs.

• Design, Develop, Test, Implement and Maintain high-volume, low-latency applications for critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance.

• Writing well designed, testable, reusable, efficient code.

• Conducting configuration of your own work.

• Reviewing the work of other developers and providing feedback.

• Mentor and manage the dev team.

• Collaboration with testing team for Integration Testing

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in UI development.

• Experienced developer in Angular 2+.

• Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Skill for writing reusable UI components.

• Understanding of RESTful API design for web services.

• Hands on experience in UI optimization best practice implementations.

• Experience with Linux environment.

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

• Willing to learn new technologies.

• Experienced with Git, Docker, Jenkins.

• Ability to work and collaborate with Cross Functional Teams

Profile: Project Manager 

Experience: 6+ years

Responsibilities:

· Manage technical aspects of projects, including planning, execution, and delivery

· Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development

· Create Functional and Technical specification documents, translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications

· Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget

· Delivering new Bodhee features using AGILE delivery programs

· Ensure project quality and adherence to industry standards and best practices

· To act as a single point of contact from the team to Bodhee Stakeholders

· Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

· Promote teamwork, motivate, mentor and develop subordinates

· Manage and take ownership of product including defining scope and developing requirements for product launch

Requirements

· Overall 6+ years’ experience with 3+ years of experience as Project Manager for any development projects and hands-on technical    experience

· Proven experience as a technical project manager, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

· Experience with agile software development methodologies.

· Strong experience with Java and UI design and development

· Strong experience leading development teams utilizing Java and UI technologies.

· Working experience with Data Analytics products is a plus

· Strong understanding of RDBMS and working experience with SQL

· Experience with developing Micro-services Based applications

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

· Excellent communication skills

Role: QA LEAD

Experience: 8 – 9 years

Responsibilities:

• Manual and Automation testing,
• ETL Testing, Basic SQL queries, API testing using Postman, Selenium-Java/Python, Develop Automation Framework experience from scratch
• At least 2 -3 years of Automation testing experience on Selenium or Cypress hands on experience in any Low-code Test Automation tool
• Manufacturing domain knowledge, Product testing, Agile/Scrum, Azure/JIRA, Katalon Studio (or any record and playback testing tool)
• GitHub,hands-on, Docker hands on experience
• Lead QA team and work as an individual contributor
• Reporting to QA Manager/Release Manager
• Team Management, Provide Trainings to team, Functional KT
• Test Plan, Test Scenarios, Test Case draft, Review
• Send Weekly QA Status report to stakeholders
• Send QA summary report on every release
• Prepare UAT Release notes

About the role:

1. Around 8-9 years of experience in QA testing that includes around 2 years as a QA Lead and extensively involved in Test Planning Creation, developing & executing test cases, reviewing and monitoring progress, planning & managing dependencies, risks and resources, schedules, estimates, test reports in Telecom domains.
2. Experience with functional and automated testing on web application
3. Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and all stages of QA and Defect Life Cycles
4. Experience with Agile software development (Scrum)
5. API testing
6. Experience in both manual and automation testing with Selenium (Java/Python)
7. Strong experience with executing stored procedures for ETL and SQL queries to perform the Database testing.
8. Experience working on Reports data validation.
9. Experience in developing test plans, test cases, defect logging.
10. Actively involved in GUI, Functional, Integration, System, Regression, E2E testing, Post Validation Test, User acceptance, and Database testing
11. Familiarity of Quality Assurance standards, processes methodologies and strategies
12. Strong in analysing business requirements and specifications and development of test plans, test scripts, test cases and executing them
13. Experience in leading a testing team, assigning, and tracking tasks provided to team members
14. Self - motivated, team-oriented individual with strong problem-solving abilities
15. Good to have – Experience in testing AI based web application
16. Work with Release Manager to make sure Release process is followed in all the phases of SDLC and defined checkpoints, entry and exit criteria are met
