We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to support customer acquisition and revenue growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a strong interest in the fintech and payments ecosystem.

The Business Development Associate will work closely with internal teams to understand customer needs, contribute to sales strategies, and help deliver solutions that create long-term value for clients and the organization.

A Day in the Life

• Identify and connect with prospective clients through outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Support the sales pipeline by qualifying leads and scheduling discovery conversations.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and onboarding teams to craft tailored customer solutions.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
• Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and monitor pipeline health.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities within the payments space.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in acquiring new customers across target segments.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and partners.
• Support the development and execution of sales strategies and go-to-market plans.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate internally to deliver appropriate solutions.

Basic Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Self-starter with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Hands-on experience implementing and managing DLP solutions in AWS and Azure

Strong expertise in data classification, labeling, and protection (e.g., Microsoft Purview, AIP)

Experience designing and enforcing DLP policies across cloud storage, email, endpoints, and SaaS apps

Proficient in monitoring, investigating, and remediating data leakage incidents

• Linux OS administrator
• Experience with WHM / Cpanel 
• Experience working on MS Azure.
• Experience with handling domain names and registrars 
• Experience with backups 
• Knowledge of cloud and dedicated computing
• Experience in setting up OS, Web server (Apache), App server (Tomcat) and its management
• Knowledge of Data security and have implemented OS security measures, deployment of security patches/ upgrades
• Knowledge of networking and cloud technologies
• Deployment of software releases, release management

Job Summary

As a Technical Content Lead at NxtWave, You will lead and collaborate with the team to develop, review and manage technical content  in a variety of formats as needed (documents, videos, tutorials, etc). You contribute to the continuous improvement of our technical content process by developing, prioritizing, and maintaining a content strategy and plan

Responsibilities 

• Lead and Collaborate with the team to develop high quality technical content by setting goals and preparing phased rollout plans to thousands of CCBP users

• Collaborate with different stakeholders to understand user needs, prioritize content milestones based on user feedback and product roadmap

• Responsible for creating, developing, reviewing and managing technical content  in a variety of formats as needed (documents, videos, tutorials, etc)

• Ensure all content is up to standards by providing and receiving constructive feedback, make sure follow standards and guidelines

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our technical content process by developing, prioritizing, and maintaining a content strategy and plan

• Lead technical discussions within the team and be the go-to person for the team for guidance and troubleshooting

• Making effective use of resources during the various stages of the work by ensuring that business objectives are met and deliverables achieved to agreed time, and quality

• Aligning to Agile principles, and adhering to Sprint methodology

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the right message is being communicated in formats that match audience's technical expertise

• Gather and analyze feedback to identify gaps and enhance the content requirements based on priority

• Qualifications and Skills

• 2 + years of experience in developing the industry-leading content in front-end(HTML/CSS/JS and React) or backend technologies (Python, SQL, NodeJS)

• Strong and self motivated individual and should be able to independently drive decisions with excellent leadership qualities

• Strong command of the English language: an eye for detail, excellent grammar, and proofreading skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team and deliver high-quality work on tight timelines

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple requirements simultaneously

• Proven ability in setting goals, and preparing phased rollout plans to thousands of CCBP users by discussing with multiple stakeholders and come up with an optimal approach with existing set of users

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to communicate complex topics in an understandable way

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work as a Web Developer to create front end & backend of websites
• Play a key role in the design lifecycle, from brief through to design and release/implementation
• Should have good knowledge of HTML, CSS, REACT JS, NODE JS, POSTGRES, GIT, REST API.
• A good understanding of servers, hosting, domains, DNS
• Ensure all designs work across all browsers and on all devices

Job Description:-

• Must have 8 years of relevant exp in SAP PP, QM Module.
• Must have 4+ years of SAP PP Experience with at least 2 to 3years of Domain exp
• Must have experience of both PP and QM modules
• Should have experience of executing 1-2End to end Implementations (S4 HANA Preferable).
• Expertise in requirements understanding, system design, development, testing methodologies, training, defining support procedures
• Strong knowledge and experience in SAP PP - SOP, Flexible planning, Capacity planning, Variant Configuration, CBP, Discrete, REM, LTP, Engineering & Organization Change Management, Batch Management as well as PP-PI processes.
• Strong knowledge and experience in SAP QM module - Master data, Batch Management, Notifications, Sample Management, Quality Inspection Plans, Quality Certificates, Stability Study, Deadline Monitoring, Vendor Evaluation.
• Experience in Implementation and Support Projects. In-depth knowledge in the below areas:
• Master Data - Bill of materials, Work centres/ Resources, Routings/ Recipe, Production versions, Inspection Plan, Master inspection, Characteristics, Catalogues and Code groups, Inspection Plan, - Material Requirement Planning (MRP)- Configuration and Integration with, Procurement, Sales and Distribution.
• Production Order Execution - Order confirmation, Goods issue, Goods receipt and Back flushing- Quality Management - Quality in Procurement, Quality in Production, In process inspection, Calibration and Quality in Sales
• Should have experience in writing Functional Specification, co-ordination with ABAP team, testing of new functionalities.
• Must have integration knowledge with FI, CO, SD, MM, PM modules.

Good to Have:

• Preferred if hands-on and good experience in SAP S/4 HANA configuration, migration, Fiori applications on latest HANA releases
