Mandatory Skills : Python, Web3 (web3.py/ethers), smart contract interaction, real-time APIs/WebSockets, Git/Docker, security handling.

Responsibilities :

• Build and optimize Web3-based applications & integrations using Python.
• Interact with smart contracts and manage on-chain/off-chain data flows.
• Ensure secure key management, scalability, and performance.
• (Optional) Develop and enhance automated trading bots & strategies.

Required Skills :

• Strong experience in Python development.
• Proficiency in Web3 (web3.py/ethers) and smart contract interaction.
• Hands-on with real-time APIs, WebSockets, Git/Docker.
• Knowledge of security handling & key management.
• (Optional) Trading bot development, CEX/DEX APIs, backtesting (pandas/numpy).

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web and backend components using Python, Node.js, and Zoho tools

Design and implement custom workflows and automations in Zoho

Perform code reviews to maintain quality standards and best practices

Debug and resolve technical issues promptly

Collaborate with teams to gather and analyze requirements for effective solutions

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Manage and optimize databases to support changing business needs

Contribute individually while mentoring and supporting team members

Adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and meet expectations within the first month

Leadership Opportunities

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Female Tele Sales Executive to join our e-pharmacy team. The role involves engaging with customers over phone calls, promoting healthcare and pharmacy services, assisting with medicine orders, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote pharmacy products, health packages, and e-pharmacy services.
• Handle inbound customer queries related to medicine orders, availability, discounts, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain daily/weekly call logs, sales targets, and conversion records.
• Upsell/cross-sell relevant medicines, wellness products, and diagnostic services.
• Provide accurate information regarding prescriptions, offers, and order status.
• Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Coordinate with the operations and delivery team to resolve customer issues.
• Achieve monthly sales and telecalling targets set by management.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills (Hindi, English, Bengali preferred for Kolkata region).
• Confidence in handling outbound telesales calls.
• Ability to explain healthcare services/products clearly.
• Good computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, order management software).
• Strong customer handling and relationship management skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream). Pharma background is an added advantage.
• Experience: 0–3 years in telesales / telemarketing / pharmacy sales / BPO voice process. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
• Gender Preference: Female candidates.
• Age: 20–35 years preferred.

About the role

• Calling is an integral part of Bizup’s interaction with its users. Candidates are expected to create conversations with app users and sellers on the platform. 
• Calls users who have opened and used our app to understand their needs and solve them using Bizup. Candidate needs to be his ‘friend’ who will help the user buy in wholesale better using Bizup.
• Onboard sellers in target wholesale markets and maintain relationship with them so they create interesting content on the platform.

What we are looking for

• Min. 1+ yr of customer calling experience for a sales process. Preference to candidates who have worked in fashion / apparel category or worked with e-commerce companies such as Udaan, Indiamart, TradeIndia etc. Or worked with fintech selling products such as loan, insurance etc. on call
• Candidates who can have conversations and engage the other person on call will be preferred over candidates who can just reading out a script given and fill data in an excel.
