Position Description
As Senior Technical Product Manager on the TAPPP digital platform, you'll be responsible to:
- Work with the US product and engineering leadership to manage SAFe agile projects, define user-stories, plan sprints, conduct standup meetings, and ensure software quality, automated testing
- Work with the engineering leadership for resource planning, resource allocation, and project plans
- Manage time-off and leave for the India team to ensure minimal impact to projects
- Work with the US product and engineering leaders to conduct user-acceptance testing of the product before it goes to production
- Work with product, engineering and support leadership in the US to implement TechOps and support strategy and ensure 24x7 coverage for the platform
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and align with organization short- and long-term strategy.
